what do u think about your konquest guy?

they say that u can customize the character u play with in konquest. but we all seen that his name is shujinko and that u grow old with him. so my question is when does the customization come into play? after u beat konquest adventure with shujinko, can u then change his name and his appearance? and if so, can u only do this once?
also how elaborate do u think the customization is?

would u all be disappointed if it is only a few different outfits and a few different colors? what i first thought was that u can "kreate a kombatant" and this includes pallete swapping and new design. but i'm not hearing anything about this. what are your thoughts on all of this?

Boon says the final name of the custom character is up to the player and they just called him shijinto (however you spell it), I dont have my custom completely figured out yet (probaly wont till the game comes out, but I think I pretty much decided he is going to use xing Yi for one of the styles and his name is going to be Chink. Thats what I have figured for my custom so far.

I'm impressed, I like him so far. He seriously resembles Kung Lao, and he looks like a very intresting kid.

I think he is a stubborn young boy in the beginning but as you go through the game you see him change and mature into a fine warrior. I can't picture playing as a young boy then for him to become an old man, but I guess I'll become attatched to this character as I go through this journey with him in Konquest mode.

i wanted to call my character blizzard. he would be a blue pallete swap of skorpion, he would have subzero's special moves and his styles would be hapkido, jujitsu, and katana.

but they aren't goin into detail about how the customization works. do u think they got rid of that idea?

i remeber hearing that you choose your fighting styles your characters name and the costume but how elaborate the customization is i'm am not sure

the only thing u can do is just choose what 3 styles he has...u cant name him or change his looks..boon said prolly in mk7 we'll be able to do that....anyway
the 3 styles i want for him will be...eagle claw, mantis,and frosts weapon!!!! hopefully these 3 styles will be in the game!!!!

and Boon never said u could customize the character in any way besides fighting styles

so dont bitch because u misunderstood something

just be happy that u have a story mode and an extra character

boon said several times that u can customize your character. i dont know where u been these last few weeks. i'm pretty sure it was in the psm mag and other places as well. but he never went into detail about the customization but now it seems like u can't do it anymore like we all agreeing on

yea, he said u can customize him
as in give him any fighting styles, 2 weapon 1 hand to hand, all hand to hand ect ect

when was it stated that u can alter his costume?gender?race?species?

NEVER

and to the guy that loves his Caps button...ugh..too easy..have a nice day

i believe it was one of the early video interviews where he said u can make your "monk" male or female. i think its either at ign.com or gamespot.com

i never owned the psm mag kuz so many of my friends had it so imma have to check in that tomorrow
