I think people took this thread the wrong way haha. I don't think Ben meant Kang will start dancing like the Thriller video or anything. But just a rotten Liu Kang, kinda possessed. I've thought of it too actually :\. Kinda like the Cage rumor in UMK3. Flesh hanging off and everything. Though I think bringing Liu back in any way will ruin the momentum the series is getting and people will just shake their heads. New day, new characters.

His immortality prevents him from ageing until the next tournament, not from dieing (by someone else). If he is physically killed (which he was), then he will remain dead.
And he should stay dead, kill once and bring him back next game is Johnny Cage all over again, and that did not work out well.
