Mabey he could turn on everyone for the preservence of his realm. Like the Dragon King holds Night Wolf against his will by holding his realm hostage and if he does not do his biding he will destroy the realm in front of his very eyes. So Nightwolf will travel with the Earth warriors only to betray them.

He could be the deciver, but I think the true deciver will shock us all.

interesting i wouldn't care either way but he's not a big name MK character and i believe a big name MK character will be the true deceptor. I really hope Nightwolf is the major deciver as he could maybe then be cemented for a few more MK games

Nightwolfs realm is Earth realm. The way you talk of his realm makes me think you believe he is from somewhere else.

Nightwolf as the deceptor would be unexpected, but hy would he turn? I guess the presevation of his people would be a good reason, but why would he care about so few rather than everyone? He could make some sort of deal with the DK and attack or kill one of the Earth warriors.

You are right is was Earth realm, but he does have his sacred land that belongs to his Native-American tribe and to protect that part of Earth would make Nightwolf turn on anyone.

Also, Nightwolf's sacred land holds the leaders of his Native-American people, and the Native-American race is dying out so Nightwolf would play a role that is similar to Reptile's from Mortal Kombat II and Mortal Kombat III.

Reptile's role in those games were to serve Shao Kahn long enough because he knew that character had the power to restore his lost realm Zattera.

Nightwolfs people are protected. They can defend themselves, but he will obviously want to ensure their protection no matter what. I hope they don't take him down the same road as Reptile. Unlike Reptile, his race is already here. It may be dying, but it doesn't need restoring. If there is some way of protecting it, Nightwolf will take that chance. Whether he will do it at the cost of the rest of Earth realm is unknown.
