I hope not, Quan Chi is my favorite character and Shang Tsung was always one of my favorites because of his morphing abilities.

Heh, the morphing is actually one of the main reasons Shang is one of my favorites. I'm a sucker for shapeshifters.

I love to see so many Shang Tsung fans. And the idea of Liu Kang being Shang Tsung is very likely, I always had that in mind ever since Boon said Liu was coming back. (I never spoke it though as to so many people on this board love to flame anyone who says someone is someone else) My main fantasy for MKD is to atleast see someone reveal they are Shang Tsung, I really don't care who! I would love it if it was Shujinko, just because it would be a total shock, here you are playing as Shujinko gaining power and helping the Gods, then when you beat Konquest it sort of has a cliffhanger type ending and then when you beat the game with him it reveals that he later went on to betray the elder gods and team with Shao Khan. He then is in deception as Shujinko because everyone has heard of him but didn't know that he would later become Shang Tsung. Now that's deeption for ya. That's a lot of Fan-boy storylining their, not likely to happen, but it would make me happy. Oh, and the shapeshifting was deffinitely what made Shang Tsungmy fav, in MK2 if you time it just right, you turn into Sub-Zero then freeze your opponent just before you switch back the quickly turn into Scorpion and throw the spear.
