Stryker was one of the worst/best characters ever. He had some great moves, but if they didn't connect, you were dead meat.

Stryker can come back, but only if there's a damned good reason, like Earthrealm being invaded (MK7 anyone?).

It's not that I hated Stryker, it's just that they went about creating him the wrong way. His moves were pretty sucky. I like how in MK3, the bullets from his gun disappeared at about half the screen. And how the hell does a gun not kill the guy anyways but his fuckin TAZER will? No sense there. His baton sweep blew goats.

Give him better moves and a new look. He's a riot cop for fucks sake. Riot cops don't wear a dumbass white/blue fruity boy shirt with a baseball cap on backwards. He needs riot/SWAT gear.

Stryker has the potential to be a total badass, but needs to be redone. From the looks of the pics of him in the prison stage, he's the same.

I used to cheap out people who didn't block so badly with Stryker's baton throw.

Plus I was at a natural advantage, since they were in shock that anyone would pick Stryker.

i'd be happy.. 1 of my favs from mk3...

I think thats why they put hari kari's (hara kiri's) in the game so if you lose to Stryker you can redeem yourself.

then there would be a useless anti liu kang (oops) i mean stryker thread and the thread maker would say no stryker lovers here pls and ok well thats just going to far......

It wouldn't bother me is Stryker came back. I would try to ignore playing him as much as possible.

if used the right way, striker was a hoe to fight.. although the character was pretty generic.. i just figured they could find better, stronger, more visually pleasing human from earthrealm

For some reason, I still think Stryker was cool and really don't understand why so many people hated him.

Although Im not a Stryker fan, I'd give him a second chance. he was ok in MK3 and MKT but others were better thats why I tended not to use him.
If they beefed up his storyline I think he coudl be every good.

Seriously, I'd give him another chance. I think he'd be pretty good with the new engine, a decent look, a decent story and decent special moves and styles.

Stryker has the best name in MK History, and it'd be cool to have him back like SUB_ONE said..in FULL SWAT gear.
