If Frost is alive, she may flee the Lin Kuei for fear of what Sub-Zero will do to her. She may side with Sektor as you said, or with Scorpion ina n attempt to make Sub-Zero jealous so that he won't be as angry with her. She'll want that because she is sorry for what she did but cannot bare for Sub-Zero to be angry with her as she has found new respect for him.

In joining Sketor, she can betray him and reveal the weaknesses of the Tekunin to the Earth warriors. That is, if they have any weaknesses. With Scorpion, it'll just be a case of learning new skills and learning more both Scorps and Subs past as well as learning more about the enemies and friends of Earth.

Maybe Frost is the Grand Master and Sub is trying to get that title back.

She does seem the type to be a traitor. I think she maybe wants to kill Sub-Zero and become the leader of the clan.

She could easily want to do that too. She'd have a hard task succeeding though. If she did, maybe Sub-Zero would regain his youth because of having the Dragon Medallion taken and Frost would age slightly. Also, the Lin Kuei warriors might not follow her after seeing what she does to Sub and they try to attack her, but with her new enhanced powers, she can kill them and possibly spare Sub. Or, some of the Lin Kuei members could smuggle Sub out of the Lin Kuei Temple/Palace. Frost would now go out to hunt him down and maybe join others who are against him.

I dont think Frost will die first off. I see outcomes. First Sub-zero rescues Frost from the ice and forgives her and then Frost befriends and trains with Sub-zero even more(unlikey). Second Sub-zero rescues Frost and Sub-zero exciles Frost and Frost becomes a rogue Ninja and becomes sort of a bounty hunter/ asassin(coolest outcome) and doesnt fight for good or evil. 3rd to the lamest thing the MK team can do to my fav person in MK: DA is make her evil. Frost would allign herself with the red dragon or allign herslef with Dragon King somehow. By the way all they say Frost is evil which she isnt consider this, Frost could have killed Sub-zero when she caught him off guard, but she didn't she only had 1 thing in mind. That was only to become Grand master. This doesnt make Frost a "evil" person just one greedy one. As before Frost is a rogue ninja or maybe in MK6 she turns too a good force rather than a neutal person

I like the whole triangle idea, with Scorpion, Frost, And Sub-Zero.

It could lead tension between the two, and Frost could use that to her advantage, because of the bitter past between the two.

In MK2 Scorpion spared Sub-Zero, knowing that he wasn't like his brother and mabey that insulted the younger brother in a way.

In UMK3 Scorpion was on the other side, Kahn's side and Sub-Zero was on the good side. This could have added a little more stress to the situation, but Scorpion vowed to protect him in his ending.

In MK4 Scorpion's vow was broken and he actually went and attacked Sub-Zero, Sub-Zero survived and found the truth out between him and Quan Chi and Scorpion.

In Deadly Alliance Scorpion didn't even want to bother with Sub-Zero and was only after Quan Chi, Sub-Zero did his whole Lin Kuei thing so time passed...

I think since Frost tagged along with Sub-Zero for so long in Deadly Alliance, he must have told her stories about him and Scorpion, so she could use this knowledge to get Sub-Zero off of her tale and while Scorpion and Sub-Zero recall on the past they had, she could do something and get both of them out of her way. And mabey steal that amulet and try to harness that power one more time...
