I can remember when I was a kid back when MK3 was released. I also remember one of the first persons I've seen in MK3 was Kabal. Around a few release after the release of MK3, I can remember seeing MK masters at the arcade use him. They were pretty much unstoppable with him. I mean his combos back during the 1st version of MK3 caused like 605 damage via--->(spin attack, then ground spike, thenLK,LK,HP,HP,down+HP,then jump kick then purple ball real quick. Heck I even heard that Boon got wind of this combo and made Kabal's combo's far weaker than the 1st version in the 2nd version of MK3. As for storyline goes, he is a cool take at a former Black dragon turn good and turned crime fighter. I hope the MK team will bring him back for MK6. This is why he is one of the coolest in MK history

I personally can't stand Kabal, and if they bring him back they over kill the hookswords. Mavado has twice the better story.

What I really can't stand is people go "Johnny Cage died! We don't want him back again!" and "Liu Kang should stay dead! They can't bring back dead characters!" then when it comes to characters like Kabal and Sheeva, despite the handicap of being dead, people try and say bring them back.

I don't think it ever once says Goro died in the first tournament. It actually says he disappeared in MK2. I'm pretty sure in MK5 it says Kabal was killed by Mavado. Why would someone beat up an enemy that was once in their enemy's worst clan, take their weapons and leave them alive? The only way is if Kabal comes back a renewed character with different weapons and as a member of the Red Dragon.

I hope to God Kabal is back. I have said it a million times.

When I first played MK3 one thing I loved about Kabal were his fatalities! They were awesome, and he went along great with everyone else in MK3. I would like to see him in 3D
