I have wanted Kabal back since MK3. I don't want Johnny Cage dead either. Kabal just looked badass. His moves would look awesome in 3D. Awesome fighting styles. New and BETTER Fatalities. I have said it once, and I will say it again:

Kabal must return.

considering the new gameplay, his moves would be shitty and i would be diappointed with kabal like i was with cyrax in MKDA, i dont want kabal to be wack, or dont be in the game at all, u mess up once, and nobody will like kabal nomore.

since they use motion captures now, u wont see mileenas telport kick, and wat sucks is u wont see kabals webspin move, and thats what made kabal, plus the hookswords. they could make nasty combos with those, espeacially mavados, thing when hook gets stuck on guys head and he yanks it downward, that is discusting. anyway regardless i rather see a stupiid kabal(if they mess his moves up) then a messed up mavado in the game(which mavado is already messed up with his gay fighting styles, for ppl that want mavado back, kill him and keep kabal.)

I promise you if Kabal comes back you will see his webspin move. He will just move a lot faster.

Mavado's second style is good, but his moves suck

Kabal was one of the best new characters in MK3: he had great, unusual look, good story, fine specials and fine combos and juggles. I hope he'll come back in MKD.

I would like it if Kabal (or mavado but preferably Kabal) could enterchain the two hooked swords in the way they did in Crouching Tiger, hidden Dragon, so it would be like a long sweeping weapon.. ya know?

I like Kabal. I liked his concept, his story, and oh yeas...I loved the hookswords. I want him back because I really think that he would fit well.

I cannot remember the correct wording but I think it say that Mavado defeated Kabal(doesn't necessarily mean that he killed him) and took his prized hook swords. Can someone out there verfify or correct what I just said? Or did Kabal really die at the hands of Mavado?

Kabal was kind of like... The powerhouse in MK3 before they brought in Smoke and updated some version numbers. His combos were incredibly strong, and everytime I went to the arcade, somebody was using him.

I wasn't too big on him, but he was fun to play from time to time. Do I want him back? I don't really care either way, however, given his success as a character in MK3, I'm surprised we haven't seen him again.

Easy 40%-50% damage juggles.
b,f+lk is quick as hell.
Decent cross up game.
Can zone decently enough with his projectile.
Can work the chip damage pretty well.
Decent air priority.

Ya, he really wasn't that good at all, actually.

And concerning Kabal sucking ass in the "new era of MK," with the new system; that is irrelevant becuase the system it self sucked ass anyways.

Mavado supposedly killed Kabal. He's apparently dead. Key words there are "supposedly" and "apparently."
Goro was supposedly killed in the first MK, but in MK4, we find out that wasn't true.

Kabal was cool. If he comes back, great. If not, i wont really mind. I jus hope someone will kill Mavado......

Why does everyone like Kabal? Same reason they liked Sindel. They are both cheap characters. Both have very easy to do max damage combos.
