It would be awsome if this is a level and you fight like THE PIT and fall and hit the ground LIKE PIT 2 (not explode just bleed - like mk2)

Looks to me like something out of Konquest.

It is a 2d arena where you can ́t walk around :) classic style, oh yeah.

^ That would be pretty interesting if that were true.
It does kind of look like how I would envision the Pit 2 in 3D.

I'm guessing its either some kind of portal, or a warping teleporting ball that teleports you to a different location when you go in it.
But meh, as if yet no one really knows.

Remember in the Dragon Kings level the final boss in Konquest mode I think you may have to collect the orbs that help you defeate him....

it may just be a portal or something.

im thinkin it may be the equivelent of the mountain u climb in past mortal kombats each torch is a fight and after the last torch its different maybe indicating sub boss and the green orb is the last level in which u fight dragon king

This is definitely one of the best art concepts I have seen for MKD! I love that level so much!
For a second, ignore the bridge and the green sphere, look at those strange “buildings”.
For some reason, they look like an arena we have seen before but I just cant place the name. It even looks like Quan Chis fortress, with the laser stuff.
I think it could be just a mode for conquest, a path for Shujinko to teleport to other realms.
I cant wait for this game!

I remember this is one of the levels in Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero, but I don't remember which level.
