I'll probably get some practice in. Try out Baraka (I'm expecting to see some nice combos from his blades). See how much scorpion has changed etc. Just sort of test the water.

If I have a buddy with me, I'll play vs. mode. If I'm by myself, I'll play Konquest.

I will call up MortalKombat247,Iceangelmkx,Nextgenmk,Cogline, and scream. Then try to play them online. I already played, chess and puzzle, Konquest, arcade at e3. I am looking forward to playing and doing the fatalities. Then sleep.

I hear ya on that one. That is my second thing that i'm going to do.

First I'll read da manuel a lil bit. Then I'll cut it on and watch da intro. I'll probably beat arcade wit someone I'm familiar wit like Sub-Zero, then I'll do Konquest, if he has his own quest. See in Deadly Aliance I would first do a charcter's Konquest and then play thru arcade wit em. I did this wit every charcter and unlocked da otha thingz along da way. In between I'll play some chess and puzzle kombat.

Ok, i'm going to edit this and say that, watching the intro doesn't count as the first thing. I meant gameplay wise. If anyone here is going to skip the intro, then I feel sorry for you.

get everybody and do all fatalites and hari kari and death traps.

1) Opening Vids, Practice and the usual beginner stuff...
2) Unlock Kabal any way possible
3) Play through Konquest taking down every second something of value happens, write it down in notepad and send in to GameFaqs just because that's what I do...
4) Go through arcade, do fatals, hara kiris, and death traps.
5) Shed the tears I've been holding in this whole time, bawl to myself from being so happy, then deny the whole act ever happened ^_^

After all the initial opening and intro watching, I'll grab Sub-Zero and test out his newly gained Shedderness in the arcade mode. I won't beat it though, but just to test the water. Then I'll head over to Puzzle Kombat and play one game. Then to Chess Kombat, for one game. Then I will spend as much time as possible trying to unlock every character I can get my greedy little hands on, before I sit down early evening and prepare myself for 3-5 hours of nonstop XBL ass kicking!! Cheers!!

After the intro, I'll grab Sub-Zero, who will be rockin his new "Shredder waering the PIMP coat" look, and beat the game.

Next comes XBL.

I'm going to put it in my console and play it till i pass out....

When I get it I'm going to try out some of the old characters first like Li Mei & Scorpion so I can get the feel of how they play,then I'm going to play Konquest Mode.

don't you think Kabal will be there from the start???? That's the first thing I do, making sure I'll be able to play with him. I hope he still got all his moves.

I'll probably do practice,get really good with Sub zero and Hotaru then try and unlock Kabal as fast as possible, then play Konquest,then go online and tear up everyone on the board.lol

I'll gaze in awe at the front cover and then read the back cover! After opening it, I'll smile as I check the disc out and read the manual. Then I'll turn it on, check the options and go to Arcade and gaze in awe at the select screen! I'll begin Arcade or Konquest then.

I would do that too, but I always do that on the drive home.

I'll get it down south, and when i'll be back north (Ilive in an Inuit village) i'll do a litle ceremony of beer and stuff then play it...

Honestly though, I think the first thing I'll really do is, after watching the intro and fiddling with options and stuff, reading the manual, etc, first thing I'll do IN-GAME is hit Konquest.

Honestly, I'll probably sit on my heels, knees bent straight, shins below thighs. Just like in karate class. The student awaits teaching...

The first thing I'll do is definitely beat the living hell out of someone gleefully as I pull a sweet style-branch combo and knock them off the side of a cliff laughing maniacally. After I'm done doing that I'll probably open the game and play it.
