There will be 6 super unlockables

I think the SU will be:
-Kitana
-Quan CHi
-Sonya
-Shang Tsung

IMO, there are no super unlockables. I looked all over the Internet, and I haven't seen any facts to support their existence. I believe the "Torrent" of hidden characters Boon was referring to was the 12 unlockables on the select screen. I'd say if there are any, it's probably 1 or 2 cloned characters like Mokap and Blaze. Of course I could be wrong, and actually I hope I am, but so far all I've seen is speculations. I'll believe it, when I see them in the game, the strategy guide, or at least some cold hard facts on the net.

to fill in sektor's blanks, the other realms are edenia and the realm of order, from which hotaru hails. 1 SU from each realm sounds feasible, although some realms would be tough to come up with:
earthrealm: easy. kung lao, kai, sektor, fujin, sonya, or jax would make good SUs from here.
outworld: again, easy. shang tsung, quan chi, mavado, sheeva, goro, the list goes on.
netherrealm: here's where it gets tough. drahmin, and not much else comes from out of there.
edenia: really the only fighters i can think of would be kitana or rain.
orderrealm: probably would have to be a new character.
chaosrealm: see orderrealm

Six realms.... Six super unlockables?
Mabey you unlock only one super secret character from each of the realms which would add up to six?

There will be superunlockables (- the 24) in this game. Boon said so in E3.

People say a lot of things. Like someone else said earlier, I hope I'm wrong about there not being any super-unlockables. I would much rather be wrong about Boon lying to us, then be right about it and be disappointed. I hope the "6" super-unlockables as some people have said, aren't part of the original 24. That whole 1 per realm idea isn't a bad idea, but who knows what Boon dishes out at us.

there will be 3(one more then in MKDA)
I'm pretty sure Sektor will be one of them, as much as I hate it Jax will be the other one.
Maybe an all new character will be unlockable too.
Quan Chi and Kitana also have some good chances and I really hope that both of them would make it

But if there are super unlockable characters the I'm thinking:
1 Kung Lao
2 Sektor
3 Kitana
4 Quan Chi

i think that if these "super unlockables" are indeed in the game they will be characters who at least have major standpoints in the storylines so i would go with

quan chi

Uhh how the hell do you know there is only going to be 6 unlockables?
Or are you saying that's your THEORY on super unlockables? sorry im just confused by the statement in the context of this post

i think there will be six super unlockable characters. I hope it is someone who hasn't been seen much in the mk universe, like characters from mk mythologies like tremmor or something.
I heard news that the super unlockables will be along the lines of blaze material but with fatalities and stories. Hopefully they will be much better. Maybe will get some new characters who knows. i'm sure there will be six super unlockable characters though

no way in hell do i want Cage and Hsu Hao as the Super-Unlockables. Sektor is ok as a SU. BUT NO FREAKING CAGE AND HSU HAO.

I made a thread about this last week, and I reckon there will be one per realm too and you unlock them when you are conmpletely finished with everything in that realm.
Earth: Sonya/Shang Tsung
Outworld: Quan Chi
Edenia: Kitana
Chaos: New or returner who is working/hiding here.
Order: New or returner who is working/hiding here.
Nehterrealm: Sareena
I reckon Secktor will be in there too and hopefully at least one new character.

There will be six super unlockables. A super unlockable will come from each MK. The MK they represent is the one in which they were introduced.

MK3
MK4
MK:DA
MK:D
An example of people who could be put in.
MK - Sonya
MK2 - Kitana
MK3 - Sektor
MK4 - Reiko
MK:DA - Movado
MK:D - Maybe the rumoured Shotkan
That theory on the realms is an interesting one.

I think there will be one since you start with 10 bio videos and the kollectors edition gives 15

Maybe it was originally gonna be raiden but stuff leaked on him and they decided to make him a regular unlockable.
Since we saw the famous cyber-ninja square on the select screen it might be Sektor
