Rent first, which will be during the first week or so, then buy if I like it. So...I'd say about 2-3 weeks after release.

I will reserve MKD and MAT2 and will be getting them the second the store tells me they're in.

the day it comes out i'm gonna put it on hold at gamecrazy some time before it comes out i'll have it as soon as i can

ima get the game a WEEK BEFORE it comes out on shelves because when u reserve a game down here, the reserved people get there game a week early, then a week later everybody else gets theirs.

also if u call in and ask if they have MK:D and u didnt reserve it, they will say it is sold out or it comes out in a week(that pissed me off with MGS2 which was in but they lied cause its only for reserved people and that game sucked BTW)

well ima get mines before the release date to u ppl cause i reserved and 5 days before u get it does make a difference, i will post what this game has the fighters that werent mentioned couple days before the release date without spoiling, and ummm just for u people that are gonna get it for christmas or a few days later WOW be careful i tryed that with MKDA and nevr got my copy till i stole it from my friend for a couple of days LOL, i had to let him borrow GTA vice city and 3 other games for him to let me borrow MKDA.

I'm going to hijack the first shipment truck, drive the truck home, play it for a day, sell the remaining games outside my house, play the game some more, and then roll around in the money...I mean...uh...*runs off and ponders*

um, lets see... i WANT it for xbox, but i might have to get the ps2 version, because i want midway arcade treasures 2 also, and that is 20 more dollars... so i'd have to use $50 on MKD, $20 on MAT2, and another $30 for a second xbox controller... but gettin it for my ps2, which i got along with 3 games and 2 controllers and a meory card ALL for $50 a year or so ago, [i wasnt ripped off either, it was in great condition, despite its age] so that'd only be $50 for MKD and $20 for MAT2, but still, either way i have to pay either $70 [ps2 versions] or $100[xbox versions] *sigh* so probably not anytime soon.... maybe when MK7 comes out *cries*

Hrm. Prolly when I see it sitting on the shelf at the local game trader store after a sorely dissapointed child has traded it in for a real fighting game with that, what's it called again? Oh ya, fun factor. It'll prolly cost me $3.50 after I trade in a couple old ps2 games then I won't feel like such an idiot for buying into another MK hype. I also have saved all my NOS and not risked the lives of pedestrians and other drivers on the road nor threatened the lives of my fellow gamers at the local EB store acting a fool and climbing the counters to try to be the first to post on here that "I'm playing it and your not!" LOL.



And for you kids who can't click fast enough to post a retort to the above statement. I'm just joking w/ you guys. Just seems a little over the top when you read some of these posts.
