Yup. That's all I want too. None of this over-the-top character-driven crap. Yes, it's creative, but I hate the idea. Just do the original, simple. iconic MK block, with arms crossed (I'm fairly certain that's all it was).

Eh I can't say I'm really for or against this idea. I think it's creative and with the apparent lack of unique fighting stances and styles in the build of the game that we've seen I'd say "yes" to the idea just so we can actually see some diversity. However in the end I guess I'd rather have their focus be on more important aspects rather than blocking animations.

Yeah, I guess you're right. But like you said, it would be fun just for the diversity.
