I found him yesterday but he dosen't seem to be in the same place I have the parts to fix him i just need to find him...
G-3 area, in amongst some thin trees. I don't remember if he disappeared after I did his mission, or not.

Um.. no, that's on the other side of the realm. Sektor is in the trees by the rock that Sindel's ring is allegedly behind. In Eastern Edenia.
