Green arrow, Martian manhunter, aqua man.
Quan Chi. They have him in story mode, and I'm like damn, this guy looks good in High Definition, they could have threw him in. What was the point, but he was a great addition to story mode.
For the Dc side, it makes since for Martian Manhunter to be in it. Manhunter was like the main dog in the Cartoon that showed on cartoon network.

Mileena. But then again They'd probably have just
screwed her over too just like they did Kitana.

Other than Kitana's retarded hair bow, I think she ranks right up there in ability, unless a person is one who is into character stories and uses them to judge games with.

Combat wise she was good. But visually Kitana was as bland as the
day is long. And this is coming from someone who adores Kitana.
The costume sucked, the hair sucked, the starched bow sucked.
Then on top of all that lameness, she gets no story chapter. While
the way she plays in game is important, her visual appeal is very
important as well, and for me I cannot have one without the other.

Not Quan Chi.
I know a lot of people love him, but he will never be a definitive cast member in my eyes. I didn't like his design since he was introduced in MK4, and his story was only slightly better. I think they've improved him since, but there are just SO MANY better characters out there. Even some of the debuting mk4 characters were more interesting (Fujin, Shinnok).
A lot of people think that just because he was in the game cinemas, he's the most likely candidate for being a downloadable character for DLC. For two reasons, this is bad logic:
1) Putting him in the game would mean physically redesigning him from the bottom up. His MKDA appearance is 5+ years old. It would be a shamble if the only recycled character design in the game was the one fans had to pay for separately. And since bringing him into the roster would mean a complete redesign, then it would make more sense to just create and implement a more popular character.
2) If, in the unlikely scenario, they opted NOT to redesign Quan Chi and use his current model for DLC, then it would have been available already. If he's in the bloody cinemas, then clearly there must be a Quan Chi model on someone's hardrive in Midway Chicago. The only counter-argument I can see to this is that they would want to release the DC character download beside the MK one, but I find this unlikely from a marketing standpoint. The release of MKvsDC is flowing further behind us, and Midway knows they need to exploit the game's popularity while it's still selling.
There are other smaller reasons, such as the iconic standard. Calling a character who wasn't present in the first three games iconic is just silly. You may think I'm saying all this because I'm biased against the character, but if you think Quan Chi is more iconic than Reptile or Kung Lao, you're high off your ass.

Fujin is certainly an untapped interesting character, but not Shinnok. Quan Chi is definitely a better design, in his blue suit with the spikes, than Shinnok. He was a throw-away boss if you ask me.

Fujin is awesome, very underrated character.
I liked Kitana's new look, only beef I have with it is the length of her hair bow. Otherwise she looks good, cute. Who knows maybe there will be alternates. :)

Hellboy is Dark Horse, not DC.
