That's only if his ending is true which it more than likely isn't. Personally I have the feeling that other more obscure characters like Jade have a shot of making it in as hidden characters.

We're likely to see Jade.

I would love to see Sonya, and maybe Sheeva. (*Sigh* I know, I know..."But Sheeva's Dead!" Yeah...cause, we all know how seriously death is taken in MK.)

As long as Rain, Jade, Sektor, Sareena, Cyrax and Frost (or as many as possible, at any rate), I'll be over the moon. But if not, I won't be too angry. It's only a game after all.

It does seem like Jade would be a good choice for a secret character if the plan is to bring back some of the more obscure or underrated characters from the past of the series. She was quite popular in MKT, but has had no attention in the last seven years.

Unfortunately, Lui Kang has already been confirmed (Boo!) coming back in ghost and zombie forms.

There's quite a few characters I want to be in MKD not yet confirmed, but I think Kung Lao, Mavado and Quan Chi have the best chances of making the cut.

Kung Lao- He's one of the main heroes of MK now, having killed Shang Tsung in MKDA (nothing contradicts this ending happening yet). Although I don't want Liu back at all, that could at least make interesting story possibilities for Kung Lao. I think Kung Lao is needed in this game, it's not the same without him.

Mavado- He's become a big player in MK, killing Kano and having rivalries with Kabal, the Lin Quei and Special Forces (all of who are represented somehow in MKD). Plus Ed Boon said in an interview that Mavado was one of his favourites.

Quan Chi- He seems to have survived the last game, so surely he'll be still around, plotting something evil no doubt. After the Dragon King, Quan Chi is the main villain of MK right now.

i hope rain,kabal jade and jax come back. And hopfully they'll make Jax look gangster again

I honestly think that Shao Kahn and Kung Lao will be 2 of the hidden characters in MKD. Maybe Rain, But Shao and Kung have a better chance.

I'm with u cpleck; I believe that Kung Lao and Shao Kahn will be playable in some way either hidden or regular. I believe that the prison stage characters will be the majority of the hidden fighters (Drahmin, Fujin, Jade, Jarek - which if ya notice are all in alphabetical order so far) I believe that Kitana, Rain, and Sonya, due to there popularity and requests will be in it (most likely in the Prison Stage as well)!

Hopefully Jade, Kitana, Fujin, Sareena and Kung Lao will make it into decpetion. I think all of the characters from MK:DA will make it into Deception. Heres hoping.

this isn't about who people WANT to see in Deception (there are plenty of other threads for that... too many counting petitions, lol) but who is most likely to be in

looking at the roster at present, for some reason I think there won't be many of the characters from DA in Deception *this may have something to do with the story*

none of the classic 'human' characters have been confirmed, rather most of the characters that we haven't seen since MK3-4. And many of the new characters seem like replacements for the DA counterparts.
Let me rephrase what i said, I think that there could be a chance for DA characters to make a return as secret characters (with no tie to the story) and in the chess game.
