When I first saw Bo Rai Cho concepts and screenshots, I was skeptical. He seemed more likely to be found in Tekken, not Mortal Kombat. After Deadly Alliance released, however, I found that he actually worked quite well in the game's universe and storyline.

With some minor tweaks and story changes, he could very well be a good fighter in Deception. He's been given the oppurtunity and the story opening to be something more and I would love to see him fulfill this.

Seeing few fight scenes and his fatality in the E3 videos and trailers, I have to say that I'm impressed so far.


I'm happy he's back. I'm with them.

Bo Rai Cho is a very effective fighter, Like it or not he was ONE of the most devastating fighters in MKDA. So what if he's fat? Not every fighter has a muscular build or can fit into a bikini...Doesn't change the fact that he kicks major ass, and I love his Drunken style it's moves make him unpredictable and deadly....period.

Bo ri cho is a very good character, and we can all learn alot from his expertise. Peace out.

Im with Firesnake...I NEVER choose him as a fighter in DA. I know his moves are tight, but i hate his weapon, and the fact that hes a fat ass who taught kung lao how to fight?!?!?! i mean, his not even nimble. Call me shallow, but i would rather he wasnt in the game. his voice in konquest sounds lame, his belly is too big, and he's a piss drunk bastard.

He was a great fighter, and other than his farting gimmick, he fit well into Mortal Kombat. I liked that he was fat. I'm tired of every MK character looking like a fucking aerobics instructor.

Bo Rai Cho was very nimble, he had that flip flop which pissed me off every time. I wasn't a fan of him always farting though. I just wish his Drunken Fist was based more on Brad Wong's from DOA3 so it would be easier to chain things together. Other than that.... it's cool that he's back.

I was not a big fan of him at first, but I've got to admit that I judge him pretty quickly and he is a cool fighter.

I would have prefer over him Sonya or Quan Chi in MKD but I also think that he can get the job done.

Agreed. Sonya and Quan were definitely two of the top powerhouses in that game...along with Cho.

i think he's a great character, because of his farting and well, non-dangerous look, he is unpredictable and when ya can kick major ass with him, fight oen of your friends and they might say ''heh, gonna choose that fat drunk ass, huh? i already won'' and then beat the puke outta them and make them kiss master bo rai cho's butt! ...and then he farts on their face for doubting him! HAHAHAHAHA!!! and besides that, he's funny, he is really good for taking stress off of me when im tense, like when he gets punched when he is in the middle of his puke move, on MKDA, his puke flies everywhere, HA-HA! and sometimes he farts when he dies, heheheh..HAHAHA!! i nearly twisted my gut inside out laughing at that once... oh, uh.. back to the point.... um, *thinks* what was my point... oh, BO RAI CHO KICKS ASS!
