yea , ill be on the ds for shrue , UMK3 is my favorite mk game , i play it on ps2 but its just not the same if its not online . and i like the fact that the buttons are just right for it . MKA is irrevalant once i get UMK3 .

I like the ranking look though in a perfect world it would contain seperate records of how each person fairs with the person. would make things much more interesting

Actually, I was also wrong initially....that's not the online set up, but just the single player. It'll look like this though some what for sure.

The online one will probably have a Win/Lose ratio record like xbox along with stats(maybe finishing move amounts, which would be pointless other then for bragging rights)

UMK3 on DS online die quicker then sand? I don't think so, in fact I'll bet anything it'll have more comp then MKA from PS2 and Xbox combined dude.

I can post a link here for you that has 4 pages of UMK3 DS talk of people buying it just to play UMK3 online (especially those like myself who don't have a 360)

There's also factually more DS's sold since it came out then any other console currently.

That's insane, so with that being said just like PS2 MKD/MKA having more comp due to more players then Xbox, the DS will have wayyy more comp then the 360 version by far (especially since Halo 3 came out) and since it's worldwide seller wifi and most people have a DS if not all.

I checked out a few stats recently man, in japan 3-1 ratio DS lead over PSP...

Here(USA) it's also around 3-1 and then some, since there's so many DS people out there that increases the chance of online comp.

True, also you got a whole site for UMK3 that has decent activity if that helps any. That guy playing seems like a novice player, he wasn't even doing any combo's. We need to have dreemer, shock and ded test that game out and you guys will see some real action.
