Anyways, i would love to see Rain come back. Before Mk:D i thought the ninjas were stupid and repetative, but now in Mk:D i see how they all differ now, i think they r all awesome. Plus i always liked Rain, how he controls the weather and stuff is so awesome. But 1 thing, it they did bring him back they would have to give him his lightning strike thing and nightwolf already has it. So i dont think he will make it.

Although his story may not have been the best, His move set was awesome imo. The huge roundhouse kick, the ability to control his character with the rain ball and the lightning was sweet!
Also his fatality Lightning strikes Twelve was TIGHT!

We should use my idea for Rain (posted a long time ago when I mentioned a one-armed fighter). Only has one arm, wears a long robe, and is unmasked. He'd look nothing like a ninja anymore, and would look like a praised general.
