i always like liu kang best. but raiden, scorpion, and subby come all come in at a close second.

I agree, I like Sheeva a lot. She was one of the best new characters in Mk3 and the first Shokan ever to be playeble. He combos were deadly, very powerfull. And her fatalities were original, pretty cool.

And Crazy-Cody, I dont think everyone consideres Scorpion and Sub-Zero the best, I mean, surethey are! But, I could live without them in a Mk, but I rather see them back, they are fan faves, just, not mines.

I'm glad that people hear are so open about who they like the best and as much as I love ALL the kombatants (including Scorp & Subbie) I think it's important to include some of the previous 'original' characters (so Scorpion's a must but clones like Rain & Ermac just don't cut it)
The most popular character is probably ol' Scorp's but I admire fans who don't slag off equally original characters!

I agree. Without putting scorpion and sub zero in mk is like getting rid of santa on christmas. It just wouldnt be right.

The ninjas were and always will be the best characters ever. But between the ninjas #1 would be SubZero and #2 would be Scorpion without a doubt.

#1 I'm definately gonna go with Reptile.
I also like Baraka, Kano, Kabal, Quan Chi, Shang Tsung, Goro, Kintaro, and (of course) Scorp and Subby.

For me, the best MK character ever is Sonya and all the Special Forces! I love the Special Forces, and Sonya is my fave fighter.

In the video game I'll have to say Shang Tsung. As for the films I really like Liu Kang, I think Robin Shou portrayed him well, very spiritual and wise yet still confused and learning.
