Yeah man. Asmodeus said this weekend we'd have our games. I go on and finally find him and we play. He was like, this can't be the games, I'm on the phone. Then we got disconnected and then when I went to play him again, it said he was "Playing Mortal Kombat Deception" I don't know man LOL. We'll get the games eventually I guess.

Hey Killer, I have a quick question for you.
I know this is in the wrong thread, but I watched your video, of Red Saleen. Despite it being funny as fuck, I have a question.
I do alot of video editting myself, and I mainly use alot of video software to create menu files for DVD videos, and I use alot of transitions as well.
However, I noticed that you used ALOT of effects that are not in the 'standard' software applications.
What the hell program were you using? Give me a list of EVERY software application you used, and for what. I've never seen some of the things you did. For example, I LOVED the intro, but I've never really seen a video editor that can do that.
Let me know man, I'm SEVERELY curious.

I use Premiere Pro. I have a Matrox RT.X100 video editing capture card which comes with real time effect. You can do the intro without that though. Just make a scrolling text file... Make it yellow, then in premiere add an effect called BASIC 3D to the text. (Haven't used it without the card in awhile, it might be called PERSPECTIVE in some versions of premiere.) Just drag it on to the text clip. Then you can adjust the angle of the text, the option should be there once you drag the effect on to the text clip, angle it so it looks like a star wars crawl opening. Throw a PC wallpaper behind that of stars or make one yourself in photshop or something and you're done.

Red- u r a pathological liar....lets see the vid of our fight...u won primarily with BRC (f3), and Dairiou (free throw)....you won maybe 2 legit matches with Kobra, but even then u abuse Kali sticks.....but i can live with that. Red I lost to alex and i am proud of it...i didnt use a single cheap tactic...if i used BRC(f3) i may have been able to squeeze out another win or 2 to make it closer...but out of respect for alex, the game, the tourney and most importantly my self i couldnt do such a thing...I am sure u dont have that class or skill.
KillerB....your tourney is turning out AWSOME, between this and the vid u have made yourself an MK legend (no pun intended). One suggestion for the next tourney...there should be seating...or double elimination...i think we will know at the end of the tourney who the best is...but we wont know the pecking order. for example u r facing BNR next rd....i think with the seating being beter u would have advanced further. Quick and Asmodeus or in 1st round...those guys both probably could have made it to the quarter finals, Turbo 360 seems to be getting a raw deal where he is seated. What i am sayin will be more clear when the semifinals roll around u will see that some will have had a much easier path than others...but anyone who gets that far would still be an elite....but some will have only beat 1 elite player while others 3or 4 (ie the winner of Quick/asmodeus)

IF everyone played like that i would never play this game.....if exposing clear gameflaws is your goal....good job....maybe we will all benefit in the next MK cuz they will have seen it and will have worked to reduce its impact on the game...in that regard i thank you and i feel u serve some function on the board.
as fara as competition goes u serve no function. LOL...u r the type where if there was a secret code to input that would lead to your character winning on the first hit....you would use it and say u r the best.....and when someone says u suck...you would say..."well the other guy could use it"....yes, but that defeats the point of playin....yes, i am exaggerating...i dont believe free throws and hit to impact the game that much....but it certainly is a way for fighters with limited skills to become more competitive
