You can do whatever tactics you want as long as you don't move before the round or infinite, and these guys won't be able to say a word to you about it. seeing how this tournament started 3 months ago going on 3 years to get the first two rounds done....you might be right on time to still join. The only rule missing on the first page is how it's truly a life long commitment.
