Well guys back then all the ninjas had to look the same think of the tecnology nw if thewy brought rain back which I hope they do they give him a new and different sorta like bleeds concept he made in fan Art lol its awesome. Then work with his story and give back his lightning strike and some other cool moves he will be awesomer then be4.

Kabal was my favorite MK character in MK3, he had some sweet combinations, and pretty good storyline, wasn't much of a fan of the fatalities. His look was rather appealing and needless to say distinct from the rest of the color swapped ninjas. I don't know why, there was just this certain feel to it when playing as Kabal as opposed to anyone else on MK.

As for Smoke, never really appealed to me, just another cyborg in my opinion with scorpions moves. Human Smoke, I never even had a chance to play with him so I can't say much there.

I never did care much for Rain either.

Kabal: I like because in MK3, he had the best combo's than any other character. His storyline was great. His look was menacing. I love the respirator. He just looks badass. The hookswords give him that "edge". Without his hookswords he would just be half as kool, so they should definitely give him back his hookswords.


Smoke: I never really liked him before mainly cause he was a Scorpion clone. But now I think he has a lot of potential to become an individual character to live up to his name, "Smoke". He can have his own moves like smoke balls and such. His appearance will change drastically, as rumours have been circulating in the forums. I'm actually looking forward to him. Can't wait to see what they've done with him.


Rain: I don't really like Rain. He is probably the least of my favorite ninjas (and I like all of them). Nothing really special about him if you ask me. I don't know how they could have improved him if he was playable. MK is better off without him.

Rain: At first when i saw him, I thought he was kinda gay. A grown man dressed in purple and named "Rain"? But as i got older i matured and found a new connection to him play-wise and story-wise. I like tragic characters. He's also a pretty slick guy in "Mortal Kombat: Defenders of the Realm" without his mask on.

Smoke: At first i thought he was just a gray copy of my main-man Scorpion. Then when MK3 came around and there was no Scorpion... I came to appreciate Smoke alot, lol. Not to mention that Robots are cool. But once again... A tragic character story-wise.

Kabal: Boys & Girls, Can you say tragic character? ...I knew you could... Who's more tragic than him other than Scorpion and Ermac? The guy is horribly scarred and needs a mobile resperatory system to survive, Yet still fights the good fight. But aside from that, He had a cool look with even cooler moves. And what's not to love about those sweet Hookswords?!

Kabal: My best character. I can beat a game faster than i could w/ any other character.
Also, great storyline and one of the best revenge motives i've read.
Sick moves + hot combos = a crazy mothafucka.

Smoke: My 2nd best character. Although not as good as Kabal, still a really good character. Yea i think he's a scorpion-clone too. I think he should be back as an elemental, human, and cyborg. But thats me.

Rain: 3rd best character. Storyline should be re-written from scratch, but he has one of the best supermoves available, the mind control orb, in my opinion. Fatalities should be thought over too. Didnt really like them.
