that puzzled me aswell...i use scorp all the time...maybe it has something to do with the elder gods and scorpion meeting each other

i think its cuz shujinko was lookin for the amulet and i think scorpion stole it? i dunno

if you read Bezou's Adventures Of Spirit Liu sprite comic, you will know that Scorpion delivered a burnt pizza to Shujinko and Scorpion was late on his delivery. And Shujinko refused to pay but Scorpion had Shujinko's credit card number and thus, Shujinko made Scorpion his sworn enemy.

Scorpion is a foe to Shujinko because they are after the same thing. Shujinko wants to kill Onaga with some rare item and Scorpion probably stole it from him.

I think the fact that scorpion meet the elder gods is a better example because Shujinko is the elder gods "chosen warrior" as it says in the konquest video. so maybe scorpion pissed the elder gods off? :) that would be funny. Scorpion trying to spear an elder god.

Maybe because Shujinko is not who we think he is. Remember, this is Deception.

Half the fun of it is we really dont know. Although I do like this answer. I am thinking we will run into Scorp in Konquest mode and will get the reason why.
