there should at least more than fatality on armageddon it should've been like mortal kombat trilogy having all the charaters with their own fatallity!

Because it is not your decision to make. Talk to Midway. None of us here can answer your question. But I agree it would be nice to have more than one kind of fatality.

toally agree.
and btw there are 2 more causes:
1)DVD space:they haevn't space for old styled fatalities, try to image if thay have for all the -alities!
2)time:they haven't enoguh time for working on it.

That era is over.
Thats why I bought mk:trilogy twice back in `99. Theres no telling what the future beholds.

Why is it that everytime someone brings up something that is missing, someone else always claims it's due to lack of space on the disc. That has nothing to do with it in this case.

He's right, they could have easily given every character 2 fatalities each, 5 alternate costumes per character, 10 more stages, and still have space left over on the disc (and not to mention bios).
Space is not a problem here, it's mainly time and having every character including bosses being tweaked to work with the kreate-a-fatality system.
People, lets stop fooling ourselves.
Space is not the issue and has never been for MKDA, MKD and MKA.
The issue is the time, and the laziness of course. Giving more then 50 characters ONE finisher seems frustrating, but it could had been done, thats thier job, we also pay them for that, they promised originality....another big lie added to the huge list. Instead we got the horrible new system that was JUST a sad excuse to cover up the real reason why they decided to make “fatalities so fun and dynamic” (by that I mean, horrible, boring and stupid).
They are all better then the crap we got for MKA.

Yeah part of the fun of MK2 was the fatalities. Will they throw out a friendship? A Babality? in MK3 a Brutality? Nice stuff.

I don't know if I can call it laziness. I mean, we know that the MK team has their deadlines. They HAVE to meet those deadlines or they'll be in trouble from their bosses.
Yes, the fatality system in MKA is very half-assed. I think it's good that they didn't put in other finishers as it would have been a waste of time anyway. I mean, imagine the MK team trying to come up with multiple finishers per character, programming and debugging them all in less than 2 years along with having to deal with other aspects of the game. It's simply stupid and unrealistic.
What they need to do is focus on more important things, such as creating a fighting system that has a solid foundation.

MK vs DC... there's something I never saw coming!

Brutalities, I cannot imagine anyone wanted to see these in MKA. As with the KAF, those are ALL the same. Why bothering having them in the game, as they will get boring in a quick matter of time??
Animalities were fun in MK3, but in MKT we got alreay sum retarted ones. Scorpion turned into a penguin, that was humiliating to the character. Imagine how many of them would suck with 63 different types of animals. And I think that they don't fit in 3D.
Hara-kiri, that;s the only one I would have liked to have in MKA. I enjoyed the fact someone couldn't finish me off because I already killed myself.

probly because mka was a mistake especially the kak garbage even worse the fataliies are terrible id rather use the death traps everyone should have 2 fatalities a newer version of brutalities and nothin else well maybe a mercy just to brag you won by an outstanding amount anamalities where dumb so where friendships but this is just my opinion which midway would never listen so this doesnt matter

you can pretty much do a brutality
in mk it was a 11 hit combo that made em explode
you have 11 slots for a fatalilty do a bunch of punches and kicks end wth a head smash or torso rip
BOOM
instant brutality haha

I know it has been said, but to prove space is not an issue, compare a PS2 game to God of War. It has close to next gen graphics, lots of cutscenes, a few cosumes, and a bunch of other stuff that was once thought impossible for the PS2. Armageddon could have been so much better if there was time available.
To answer the question
Brutalities-worthless, we have a large variation of moves the older games didn't have.
Animalities would have been an interesting secondary fatality, but it would get old pretty fast.
Hara-Kiri-it was fun to watch, but not that exiting to do imo.

but think about it. i kno how to do all that crap. the reason why they dont have them is because there are so many combinations and diffirent fatalities that you can chain together that there is no need for brutalities, animalities, etc.
