nintendo sux, please , x box and ps wouldnt even exist if nintendo wasnt around. no other system out there has more exclusive games than the cube. please GTA is good for like one day then its so repetive and boring. X box just has shit. all they have is halo and pretty much all the games on the box are out on the oher systems. final fantasy hasnt been good since 7 now its just long hauled. i believe the dreamcast is way better than the box and ps2. and where i work at a nintendo represenative comes in once a montha nd they dont care if the xbox and ps2 beats them on sales, nintendo made and makes there millions like everyone else. im 21 and grew up in the era of the first nintendo. nintendo is the mother of all the game consoles and comnpany. no other system would ever surpase what nintendo has done, and thats change the way entertainment is today. nintendo will always be around,as of sega. screw the gaybox and ps2 cause they aint got nothin.

Anyways, sales is probably the reason for it. It seems to be the exact reason that other games in the same genre are avoiding the Gamecube as well. I mean, it is pretty odd that out the 10+ fighting games hitting consoles within this and next year are not even slated for Gamecube release at all. The general Gamecube market tends to shy away from this genre...unless they are coaxed, hyped, and lured to for other reasons. And I think you all know what I mean by that.

probibly becuase the gc isn't as powerful as xbox let alone ps2. and it probilby cannot support mkd atm.. plus online play and i doubt it will go good with gc players if a game said it was online but not for themm.. gc sucks IMO but ssb pwns.

Okay, not to go into fanboy mode but here are a few things.
A) Nintendo was actually going to form a partnership with Sony, until Sega crashed and burned with the 32X. Then Nintendo abandoned Sony, whom used the technology they were developing for nintendo to make the original Playstation. So you're right, if Nintendo hadn't screwed itself over, we wouldn't have playstation.
B) As for MKD not being on Gamecube, from what I've heard it's a combination of sales as well as the fact that Gamecube disks cannot hold as much info as PS2 or X-Box disks. MKD is going to be a gigantic game, so...
C) As for exclusive games, lets look:
Gamecube: Resident Evil 1 remake was awesome, RE Zero was good, RE 4 will be amazing. RE2 and 3 are exactly the same as 5 year old Playstation 1 games, except for increased resolution (ripoff). Then we have Mario, whom I don't care about. Then Metroid, which I have yet to play. They also have a remake of MGS, albeit a rediculously easy remake with a lack of anything new, and inferior voice acting.
X-Box: Halo, which is IMO the single most overrated game of all time. Ninja Gaiden, which is ****ing amazing. And Star Wars KOTOR, which deserves as large a fanbase as Halo.
PS2: Metal Gear Solid 3, which, despite a presumably messed-up storyline, looks amazing. GTA, which is overrated, but still fun. Devil May Cry (II sucked, but 1 was amazing.). Ace Combat. Final Fantasy.
D) Yes, nintendo had a huge influence on gaming. But a proud history doesn't make it's current console any better than PS2 or X-box.
Now on that note, Nintendo is awesome, i'd probobly like X-box if I had it, and Sony is awesome.

second, i didn't name 3 things, i named 14:
1.gta3 2.gta4 3.gta5 4. ff7 5. ff7-2 6.ff8 7. ff9 8. ff10 9. ff11 10. ff12 11. MKD 12.splinter cell 1 13. SCPT 14. SC3. and i said many more, while u could only name the 5 or so crappy games that u did, like zelda... i mean that's like pokemon man. nobody can argue with the fact that: the ps2 has the best games, the x-box has the best graphics and speed, and the gamecube sucks and was specifically created for kids.

and finally, i named all the games taht are "exclusively" NOT for the gamecube, while u pointed out viewtiful joe 2, which will be coming out for the ps2, as well as the first game that will also include special features like an extra character (DANTE).
