All I know is I'm getting MKvDCU for 360 then if it turns out good, I'll get it for PS3 too. Also, I'm hoping that it goes global. That way, I can play all my home boys in Europe and Middle Earth!

Maverick, have you been checking out the gameplay videos? It doesn't look that bad dude. I was pissed off at first but hey, what can we do? We are MK fanatics and we will consequently eat whatever shit they feed us. hahaha

i agree...beginning gameplay looked horrible...more recent stuff at least looks like MK...for better or for worse.

It is more the premised that makes me sick. Instead of making a decent story...which has always pulled me to MK they do this crap. Its a shame. To be honest I have gotten EVERY MK game except special forces and that subzero game. Truth is i wont eat whatever they give me. The quality of games has improved so much that there are so many options there is no need to waste time with a bad game.

The fighting game that I am holding out for is UFC Undisputed. if that game is decent and is online avaiable...i have a feeling i wont ever touch MK again. Especially if this MK has weak gameplay. Problem is i cant get into the story of other fighting games....so despite better gameplay from MK...they never hold my attention. However, I am such a UFC fan that the game will definitely hold my attention.

Give it a shot when it comes out, Maverick. Rent it or something and see how it goes. I think the storyline and the whole 'Superman is weak to magic' thing is bullcrap. But that said, the gameplay might end up being the best since MKD, who knows? I wait patiently though. We're only a month away now.

Speaking of other games.. Dude, Gears of War 2 is coming out next month too. That shit should be phat! That's the game I really want to get stuck in from day one.

no doubt...Gears will be awsome. Also just picked up NBA2k9, the game is hot. graphics are off the charts, animations are off the charts....games are just so good now. The holy grail for me is the UFC game. But i will definitey give MK at least a rent....definitely a download. The gameplay looks better than i originally thought....but I am not sold.
