I think that Ashrah will stay reasonably covered up. Sonya was never given an outfit to show everything off, and i think Ashrah will be the same.

It looks right though for the others to be skimpy...Mileena has a real S&M look, and she's evil, making her like a twisted dominatrix...a bit like Ivy! Li Mei looks more covered this time and her skimpy costume looks right, as if she is either a slave or an assassin.
Sindel's is very gothic, and vamperic...so looks right, and The green outfit also looks reasonalby regal, making it look elegant and beautiful, so not sleazy.
