MKA is better

It has a much more focused roster, the game mechanics are more thought out, fewer game glitches/exploits, and the overall game feels a LOT more polished

I prefer MK VS DC over Armageddon. The gameplay mechanics, as well as a good roster puts this game superior over Armageddon. Plus a great storyline that's not just useless fighting as done in Armageddon.

It feels better. I also like the fact that Sonya has all her special moves back and Raiden's moves are better.

Mka had a lot of things that I liked about it though. I liked the multiple tiered arenas. I loved kicking people and watching people roll down the stairs. I would like that brought back. Death traps. I like having a huge roster too. 22 characters isn't enough.

Create a fatality was not cool. It would have been fine for the kreated fighters but not regular kast members.

No bios. That really sticks in my mind. 2 years and no bios? UNACCEPTABLE.

I don't like sharing a roster with dc characters but the game is really fun to play. Lots of room for improvement.

In response to mkflegend I respectfully disagree. I personally thought that mkda was the worst mk game.

Raiden didn't even have his superman. A game with a Raiden who doesn't have his superman gets my vote as worst mk game ever. No death traps, one fatality, complete lack of signature special moves, no one had a teleport. Over the top cartoony buckets of blood.

The only thing good that mkda did was kill Liu Kang and really advance the story.

The game may have been more balanced and less "broken" but I don't judge a game solely on those 2 criteria.

MKd had a much better roster, a better color palette, better character designs, better fatalities, death traps. Conquest, chess combat, puzzle fighter.

Mk4 with mk2 is one of my favorite games. Endlessly fun to play and a strong roster. Also had a tournament mode and team kombat.

I only say MKA cause it's more ppl in it.I'm more of a mk fan to that extent.I don't shun the dc games at all.I just really like stories that are slightly understandable.Tomany details swept under the rug to make it comatable with the mk characters.And don't come at me with the magic talk,it's more then that.I'm also a huge comic book fan."Kingdom Come' Superman owns!!!

yeah you have a point,i know.At the sametime every game is broken one way or another just look at superman and flach.also there's more ppl to choose from to defend against the broken combos.it's a wider selection not saying better just wider.dc does look good and the players moves sets are different but think about how many times your gonna use them,so to me repeated or similar moves are all in the same categories to me.if im notmistaken doesn't kitana have the same moves as a few ppl have but are not in the dc roster.

mk vs dc had a great fighting system good graphics and all but it got boring after a while cause there was only fighting and ther wer not many characters :( .. if mka had a fighting system like mk vs dc it would be the best, so many characters plus conquest. what more do u need

I prefer..............Tekken 6, maybe soul calibur 4 though if i had to pick the two. MKA is better, I hate to see that superman who wore a boxer outside his pants....and other DC guy(in fact, some MK guys too) in tight dressing up like super heroes. MKVDC also have lame fatality, toasty's dont have toasty sound and don't bled while burning, kano and sub zero is completely degraded, Shang Tsung's just break your back, how original is THAT? idiotic, some of it even seems like what said it: heroic-brutality(which sucked) yeah, create a fatality suck, but it at least have the blood also, you call MKA move generalized, how about MKvDC, generic punch, just one air style, klose kombat and air kombat has no uniquene attack beside the finisher special move, and no teleport for anybody beside Shang Tsung and, DC isn't even made for fighting!!!!!

MK/DCU - because it looks better and has a more solid & fun fighting system.

Both still lose horribly in terms of story, atmosphere and character development though.

The uppercut is back i mean cmon THE uppercut, and it is still a brutal move. Plus, the combo system is great. MKA was fun =] but i played MKA again recently at a friend's house and we were laughing about the way it felt compared to MKvsDC.

IF your a MKvsDC hater man just try it keep an open mind it still is a Mortal Kombat game, and your missing out on it! Specially the online action!

tell you the the truth mka beacause im one of those eople who love replay value and mka had it mk vs dc did not after you beat mk vs dc story its just like wow all i have too unlock is two charecters how gay there was not even the kyrpt but i still think mkda and trilogy are the best mks of all time

MK vs. DC because the gameplay is superior and the storyline is kick ass.

MKA's was also good but not nearly as good as MK vs. DC overall, character wise and storywise but most of all gameplay wise.

MKA I'll admit is fun though to a point because it has everyone, but yeah....I'd rather play MK vs. DC.
