I was just thinking this today after playing T4. It'd be nice, but MK music all much the same anyway (aside from some of the original MK tracks, those were the royal), so i really don't think it makes much of a difference.

I like the idea, but only on the returning Classic stages. So you would get the same music from the Deadpool in MK2 for the Deadpool now, same with the Living Forest, Pit 1 etc.
Also I always wanted to be able to unlock the MK movie theme music for the final fight. Like the music that plays in the final fights of both MK1 and MKA, u could unlock it and play it when u fight the DK...

I agree! It'd be nice for the returning classic stages! And maybe a sound test could be on the game where you could listen to all the music tracks on the game.

I like that idea too
I love your idea so much!!!
The music from Mk has always been one of my favorite things of this game, and the best tracks are definitely the ones of Mk1, Mk2 and Mk3/T!!! (MK3/T had the BEST music of all the games).
I really think your idea could work. They should add an option where you can listen and use some all the music tracks from the first 3 games.
Excellent idea. This should be considered. Someone made a cool thread with special Video features. Where you could view the story of other characters, how scorpion died and his family was killed, reptiles evolution, the black dragon and red dragon story, etc.
This idea on music could very well fit as a secret option menu. Or even better, as unlock able features in the krypt or conquest.
Great idea!

You would think that with the returning backgrounds from MK, MK2, and MK3 they would have the original music or at least variations of the original. I'm hoping for something like that.
