I think Adam has no right to critisize any game really, his lack of hair and knowledge of game design is an insult to game creators everywhere.

I actually take Sesslar's reviews more openly than Morgan Webb's. He's been around longer and at least has some kind of knowledge of gaming where as Morgan Webb is just completely snide and irritating. They only reason they keep her there is because she's attractive.

She's attractive if you like women with a MAN JAW *cringe* All hail Morgan Webb and her mighty MAN JAW!!!

"Is it so important that you win one last argument with him?" "No, it is not, but it is true that I will miss the arguments; they were, finally, all that we had."

All right seriously, there is nothing wrong with Adam Sessler and Morgan Webb doing this. Maybe the interactivity and fun of Mortal Kombat: Armageddon on the Wii was enough to give it a score of four over five.

And anyone who says retarded things like Adam Sessler and Morgan Webb do not play the games or write the reviews, needs to shut up. They rule, and the only reason you say things like that is because you hate them for ranking games you like, low.

And the online play that got replaced with Khameleon and Endurance was what made the originals fail? I'm sorry, but that's like comparing apples to oranges; it's the same game, which they even said was best played in the same way the other console versions were played (meaning no Wiimote use, just standard controller goodness), with one aspect taken out and replaced with another and a new character. That right there isn't enough to elevate the Wii version a full two star ratings higher than the other versions, in my opinion.

Personally, I stopped watching X-Play when they started giving lectures on how certain franchises should be "fixed" to make them more playable. One of them was the Yu-Gi-Oh! game series; they gave Tag Force a 2 out of 5 and started ranting about how they should focus on multiplayer and crap, even though they have a self-admitted hatred for anything CCG. Most fans of the game consider it to be almost the perfect game for the series; add in some online play and it would be complete. That bias they showed against the genre when rating the game combined with their arrogance in assuming they know how to make a franchise "better" is what made me stop watching the show. That, and the fact that it seems like they're contractually obligated to plug some stupid online gaming rental store every five minutes, despite claiming to hate in-game advertising. Um...conflict of interests and hypocrisy, here?

Also, you defending them with such zeal and making such accusations shows that you're just as biased in your opinion of them as you accuse everyone else who hates them as being. How do you know that they DO play the video games they review? How do you know that it's NOT just all for show? A lot of their reviews, now, doesn't even sound like they know what they're talking about/ it sounds more like gibberish that has little to nothing to do with the game being reviewed and more to do with injecting crude humor for ratings. There's a lot of generic comments made about the basics that just don't seem like they'd explain much of anything with the game. You don't even give any evidence that they ARE playing the games and doing the reviews themselves, so you have just as much credibility that they do as we have that they don't.

they gave it a 2 because they thought Armageddon was the last MK game, so they thought it didnt live up to expectation, but, they are stupid and dont realize MK8 is coming out, the 4 is pretty much the same, but they know about 8 now (hopefully).

So remember when Morgan Webb gave MKA a 2 outa 5 back in October. Well I guess the they all loved the endurance mode and Khameleon because they just gave the Wii version a 4 outa 5. WTF. They even said that the classic controller was the best set up so it was basically the same game they reviewed. Im so surprised this show is still on the air. >:(

Yeah I never liked the show.

Oh cmon whats the point of giving a damn dood, why even complain about it. Its their stupid opinion so why should we care, opinion is what matters here, not their stupid opinion, and of course they dont think it is the last mk game its just their opinion, and besides not everyone likes them, its the way their minds work, but if you need a reason its the Fatality thats screwed a bit but why even bother, if they didnt have KaF, we might not even have KAK in the first place depending on how lazy the team wanted to be if they made good old character fatality

I know you're not around anymore, but I'm willing to bet money that morgan and adam don't write their own reviews. They just have a team of comedy writers that do it, very BAD comedy writers.

I'm thinking it was reviewed with the slant that it is one of the few non "mini-game" titles even being released on the wii, and therefore got the higher score based on that and in comparison to other available wii games/fighters available at the time.
