Yet another thread asking about koffin keys (EM, ID). [Spoilerrealm]

I'm almost done with unlocking stuff in the Krypt (and I believe auto-saves were put in by Midway to make sure the unlocking process was as painfully slow as humanly possible) but I have a few left, namely two of them which require keys to unlock, such as EM and ID.
I used the krypt keys location page that is stickied in this forum, and the description of key EM is "Fight Raiden" in Edenia F-3. OK, that's fair enough. I fought Raiden; the first time I was Sub-Zero, flawless victory, didn't give me any keys, just bowed. I thought maybe the game didn't like flawless victories, so I entered kombat with Raiden again. This time I was Nightwolf, didn't do flawless. Still no key. I entered kombat again and I was Shujinko. Still no key after beating him, he only bows and moves on with whatever he's doing there. Question: how the hell do you get him to give you the key?!
As for the key for koffin ID, is there a really cheap and low way of winning this? Is it even possible to beat Scorpion while he does 300% damage? I mean... he kills me with two blows, he's healing, I can't even get near him... BTW, I totally suck at playing MK Deception so the cheapest the way, the better.

To beat scorpion i used nightwolf doing the fire arrow and charge moves over and over again. also works with mileena doing teleport kicks and rolls
