Brazil finally picked up their level of play yesterday, especially in the first half. They were the better team for most of the game, Colombia picked it up after they went 0-2 down. Beautiful free kick goal by David Luiz. Neymar is out injured for the rest of the tourney.

As an Italian I do not like Brazil or the Netherlands but I hate the Netherlands more so I am hoping for Brazil to beat the Netherlands tomorrow.

As for the Final definately rooting for the Germans. Ever since 1990 never liked Argentina. They were always booed by Italians because of the disrespect they had in Italy. I like Germany though. I know they do not like Italians much since we always beat them but that is precisely why I like them!

Come on Germany. Beat these arrogant South Americans. Shows them that Europeans can win everywhere!

If Germany win then it will be the third time in a row that Germany knock out Argentina. In the Argentine press, they were saying that Germany is not the Germany of old and is very weak mentally. Also the defence is very slow and Messi will get behind Hummels Boateng to score. Was very funny, one person said that the only thing in commom between English and Argentines is they hate Germany.
