And also, for some reason, Wikipedia also has famous computer game "The Sims" rumored to have a movie be made about it. Apparently the main character will be Bella Goth, going into a town called Strangetown where she finds the people living there are somewhat under a spell and they are being controlled by someone. Yeeeahh I don't think that this is a movie that will be well made at all.

I am just curious where you got your list that's all.

Dragonball Z isn't originally a video game...same with Spawn.

Also, Max Payne and Spy Hunter.

Max Payne Looks to be the best videogame adaptation.

The first MK movie was also amazing, aswell as the first Resident Evil movie, after the first one got really bizarre for the fans of the games.

Silent Hill, in my eyes, was amazing in film style and presentation, really captures some moods there.

Max Payne has me hard tho. I cant Wait.

I still don't believe in MK3. We've been told that for 11 years. When I start seeing trailers and photos then I'll have more faith in it.

Some movies can be on the cards for ages and just never see the light of day. Tomb Raider 3 has had so many confirmations and cancellations, I just don't even read the dozen articles that come out about it every month any more.

I have low expectations for videogame movie adaptations..

WTF, ive never heard of it, i mean ive heard of a new Mk movie but i never heard of Devastation, how do you know its be called Devastation if they actually make it, which i believe they will but how do you know its called Devastation?........you also forgot Resident Evil, there makeing a new movie

I heard they are doing Silent Hill 2 at some point and yea Resident Evil 4 movie has been greenlighted too. An army of Alices hmm lol.

Resident Evil movies are cool, but they piss me off, mostly because I am a RE fanboy. I just hate how people put things on the big screen but completley change their stories.

Anyway, is the Halo movie finally official, or is it still just a giant rumor?

I wish they'd just reboot the Resident Evil movie series... I loved the first, hated the second and really liked the third, but I just wish they'd get rid of Alice and so much action and just make a proper horror movie. I'm sure they'd be sucessful anyway. I'm not asking for a movie 100% loyal to the games, but Alice was really just taken way too far.

Resident Evil: Degeneration I think is made by Capcom. It's completely CGI and about Claire and Leon at a zombie infected airport.

Degeneration will be amazing, and i cant wait for it to come out on blu0ray so u can snag it first:P

The only one that matters is Metal Gear. But it wont even come close to being like the video game. Unless Hideo Kojima helps em out.

MK is trying to use its nineties cast which is a mistake, and trying to film in Louisiana which is another mistake. MK needs to be rethought and built from the ground up. Louisiana isnt a bad location, but they could film in better places.

I just saw a picture of Jake Gyllenhaal as the guy from Prince of Persia and it was horrible.

I'm so happy MK3 movie is going to get "the ok" from Midway before doing anything. the way all vid game movies should be done.

I know if I had a game and someone wanted to make a movie off it, I'd say hell no unless I was involved.

I must be the only person on the planet who thinks Tomb Raider is the best game-to-movie adaptation.
