Sorry man, I didn't notice this post earlier. Anyway, they gave that a fair bit of attention, but it was thanks to old anon that I first saw the puppy video.

As for a punishment, good ol' mental scarring is the best! Throw her in a river until she nearly drowns, then save her life. Then tie her to a chair and make her sit in a room full of the world's friendliest puppies, as that video is stuck on repeat. Force her to watch it Clockwork Orange style, as the sweet puppies lick her face. Force her into regret, and eventual insanity.
