Definitely one of the worst things I have ever seen. It is just sick. I watched it yesterday, turned it off after I saw the first puppy thrown. Who would do such a thing? It is absolutely amazing how fucked up and how much of a complete waste of life someone can be. I can't wait until she is found an punished. It's just a shame how small sentences are for these kinds of things. Animals are looked at so low.

I just saw the video on YT and I'm just shocked to see someone treat defenseless puppies like that. This is just beyond disgusting because she's obviously having fun throwing those poor puppies into the river.One of them was yelping whilst in mid-air just before it hit the water. I really hope she's identified by authorities, put in jail and prosecuted to the fullest extent.

I hope she (more likely her parents) gets close to the high end of this range. But what's sad is that no jail time is attached to this law.

That's the absolute worst thing to do; we don't need a witch hunt, what's needed is the correct identity of the person. If that information up there is wrong, than some innocent person could be getting scarred for life for someone else's crimes.
The real person must be brought to justice, we don't just start burning people without proof.

I've always had a sort of quiet love for animals. With my pets I consider myself a loving, but firm master. I don't see animals as equal, but any person who could harm an animal like this, is not a human. I despise people who run puppy mills, dog fights, cock fights, and anything along those lines. Animal abuse ranks 3rd on my list of inhuman abuses.
