*NOTE* this is NOT meant to be a religious thread, and DON'T say anything religious. Just state wether or not you or with or against human cloning. If you are going to talk religious, do not state reasons, just say your answer.

Personally I'm against it. What do you think?

well i think they should be able to clone major organs of the human body all different blood types only to help the hospital other than that i dont think they should clone humans.

This is almost a loaded question. I don't think there is any reason to clone a human being, but like above- if we can harvest organs or other body parts to help living people I would support that.

We're living long enough as is...

More and more people are being born, and they're living longer and longer.

The cup can only hold so much water...

I agree we got some huge population problems. I would support a U.S. child limit of two.

We're not talking about actual clones of other people, we're talking about embryo clones etc etc.

As much as I agree with this, I don't think there's any turning back now. We've already begun to destroy ourselves, we may as well continue on this path till the end.
I think they could harvest organs and what not, but theres not really a reason to make a full human clone.

They could harvest skin for burn victims. I think they already to that.

I would also say yes to having the ability to alter a fetus. To fix hereditary problems, deformations etc.

Also for families that are infertal, cloning could be used to allow them to have children with both their DNA.

Depends on the reason. Organ cloning is great. I think they should try cloning parts of the brain to fix the physically and mentally disabled.

But the excessive cloning should only be okay if we go ahead and kill ALL life sentance prisoners, All senior citizens unable to function and All gangsters and prostitutes... and of course quit trying to cure AIDS and Cancer.
