I have space for around 10 more Pokémon and then Ive filled up all 31 of my boxes. I have a bunch of egg move Ferroseed to get rid of. They have Stealth Rock, Leech Seed and Spikes. I have lots of Honedge, Fletchling (Gale Wings), Froakie (Protean) and Klefki - all with 3-5 perfect IV's. I also have a 5 IV Ralts. If anyone wants any of them, make me an offer.

IVs aren't that great but oh well. I still love me shinies. 4 in this game alone.

Dunno bout you guys, but I got a Oshawott. So cute. So adorable. Now it is a Samurott.

Oshawott is a good starter IMO. One of my favourites.

Water is the strongest starting type IMO Ive liked all of them except Fraokie. Grass are hit or miss with me (love Buby, Chik, Turt but not keen on Treeko, Smugleaf or Chespin), and I only really like Tepig and Fennekin from the fires. I took Chimchar on its game for a bit of variety and ended up boxing it before it even fully evolved.

I think 3 pokemons per generation should get mega evolutions. Then 3 pokemons from previous generations should get evolutions too. Then the rest should be new pokemons.

Mega Evolutions for(changing their types once they mega evolve):

Victreebel (grass/poison) to Grass/Dark
Dewgong (water/ice) to Ice/Steel (changing his fins to metal)
Tauros (Normal) to Normal/Psychic like Girafarig

Wobbuffet (psychic) to Psychic/Fairy
Dunsparce (normal) to Normal/Dragon. A serpentine dragon
Delibird (ice/flying) to Flying/Fairy

Shiftry (grass/dark) to Grass/Ghost
Exploud (normal) to Normal/Fighting
Sharpedo (water/dark) to Water/Steel. Making him look more like a Swordfish

Pachirisu (electric) to Electric/Psychic
Lopunny (normal) to Normal/Fighting
Carnivine (grass) to Grass/Steel. Changing his jaw into metal

Musharna (psychic) to Psychic/Dark (dark representing nightmares)
Galvantula (bug/electric) Bug/Steel
Mienshao (fighting) to Fighting/Psychic

Klefki (steel/fairy) remains the same
Goodra (dragon) to Dragon/Fairy
Hawlucha (fighting/flying) Fighting/Poison

For me the mega evolutions should be kept to things that need help battle wise. U mean did the starters, gengar, garchomp tyrannitar among others really need a mega evolution?

For me these pokes really need one are

Dodrio
Farfetchd
Dunsparce
Sunflora
Girafarig
Stantler
Delcatty

I want to see Pidgeot and Noctowl receive Mega evolutions. I don't think there's a single run through of any game in which I haven't used the early bird, so they stick out the most for me. These two seem to need the most help to be viable, seeing as how Swellow has Guts, Staraptor has Close Combat, and Talonflame has Gale Wings.

Besides those two, I'd like to see Megas for Butterfree, Pachirisu, Tauros, Delcatty, Torkoal, Glalie, Lapras, and some more starters like Meganium and Sceptile. And Mega Bibarel just for fun.

But why all the type changes?

A lot of the pokemon you mentioned seem just fine with the types they have, even with a Mega Evolution. I can agree with Lopunny and Dunsparce, though. Those seem the most plausible.


Anyhoo, I think I'm going to take a stab at MKKitana's questions.

1. What pokes do you guys think are overrated?

All legendaries beyond Gen 2. They don't really even seem like legendaries, except for Deoxys and Jirachi. They're cool.

2. What pokes do you guys think are underrated?

Jynx. Giver her a chance! She's awesome! Also, I think Magikarp is pretty underrated. He's worth raising, imo. It's just a bitch to do it. lol

3. What pokes do you think should get a mega evolution next game?

Definitely Dunsparce. The thing needs something. lol Also, I've love to see Smeargle get a Mega Evolution; I know it will be totally badass.

4. Any other things you think specific pokes need?

Smeargle needs a HUGE stat change. Even with its move Sketch, the pokemon is pointless to have because its stats are so damn inferior. Also, Ninetales could use more Ghost type moves. Personal preference.

A tonne. Worst offenders for me are Gengar, Blaziken, Suicune, Krookodile, Chandelure, Most legendaries,.

Underrated?

A lot of normal pokemon. They obv have difficulties in that they don't have advantage type wise but these can generally be over one with move sets.

Arbok Improved stats and movepool
Min/Cinccino to get powerful level up psychic or fairy physical moves

I didn't really care about #4 although there are a few pokemon that I do feel could use certain things.

In any case, self-proclaimed gym leaders pop up now and then on the PSS, signified by their greeting tags stating their status as a gym leader and their type. Since the one thing I've been wanting Game Freak to do for the last 17 years was make it so that I could be a gym leader, I decided to be a gym leader on the PSS until Game Freak takes a hint. lol

But really, is it too much to ask for, Game Freak?

So we can get more variety regarding type combinations. It took them 6 generations to create a Poison/Dragon! I could have been done a long time ago.

They could had easily based Poison/Dragon on a Komodo Dragon.
