I doubt Gatorade will keep you up if you drink it before bed. Never has for me, but then I take it with a teaspoon of Creatine after my workouts and those can vary from 7pm to way late at night depending on when I have time to workout. If it's got no caffeine or Guarana in it, it won't keep you up. anything with Guarana WILL as it's stronger than regular caffeine.

The answer is no it cannot keep you awake.If you drink it before going to bed it will be like drinking regular orange juice.

It doesnt have caffeine. That's why I drink it. If I drink anything with caffeine I simply just can't sleep.

It will hydrate you, not keep you up.

They have newer pills for hangovers now ^^ my friend told me about them they help out a lot he's told me since he's a huge drinker...

Gatorade is taken for working our or if you're an athlete of some kind, it won't keep you awake.

Energy Drinks will do that or Soda with Caffeine or Coffee, personally thought it's not healthy to consume too much caffeine since it speeds up your heartbeat....too much isn't good, but then again it seems lots of things aren't good for you, hell lol smoking is bad yet half the world smokes...
