After my CD player broke a couple of years ago I invested about $400 into buying a sleek Sony MS Walkman, it came with a 64MB Memory Stick. To this day it still works fine. So do you guys own any MP3 players?

I just can't stop laughing at Skorpion's sig! grin

Anyways, I have a Rio Sport S35S 128mb of memory. I'm gonna upgrade to 512mb eventually, but I want to price the upgrade memory against an iPod.

The Rio is sweet cause you can upload your mp3's or Window Media Audio files to it from your computer and download upgrade software from the site.

I own an RCA Lyra 128 meg MP3 player/storage medium that's expandable.
Mine's flashcard based, but it's small and has a sports armband for it, so it's great for me to carry around at work and listen to music on. smile

I have the same kind Jonin, except my volumn up button is stuck, so now the volumn stays low..and if it goes lower I can't hear anything. And since it's so small I just put it in my pocket, I don't even use the armband. I had bought Musicmatch Jukebox when I bought the Mp3 player...glad I used the mp3 player first, before I opened the Musicmatch Jukebox box. Musicmatch Jukebox was already on the mp3 cd.

Question: Since the RCA Lyra player is just a small hard drive, can you save regular files to it?

I have a Samsung Yepp YP-55 which has 256mb of memory. Luckily for me I didn't have to pay the $300 at the time ($200-250 US) because my Mom found it outside the hospital she works for. Even more lucky was the fact that inside the holder with the MP3 player was the connection thingy that allows you to transfer your songs from computer to the player! So I got a player worth $300 for nothing!

I have an MP3 CD player. I'd get a "jukebox" type thing, but I don't have nearly enough songs to need one. I can usually put about 180-250 songs on one 700MB CD.

I used to have a little MP3 player... I used it to go to the gym... much nicer to carry around then my cd player. I stopped using it for about a month then went back to it when I started at the gym again and it was broke... for no apparent reason. I was a little pissed cause when I did buy it well it cost me about 300$.
