I know a tanya, jade also. My sister wanted to name her daughter Jitana. Which in spanish it would mean i dont know something about some culture. But i told her she should take out the J and put a K instead. She was like "estas loco" which means "you crazy". So i kept my mouth shut afterwards and she ended up naming her ANA.

I forgot to add that I have a friend with the name Kurtis and a Lunch supervisor at my old highschool, which I still see around town, her name is Sonya.

My brother's middle name is Hsu (As in Hsu Hao). My ex-girlfriend's name is Sonya, and another's is Tanya. And, that's about it.
