I'd say 2 words "Shadow Ban" it happened to me as well . It probably exceeded the limit if I were you I'd PM a Mod and check to see if it did indeed exceed the limit and ask for it to be removed.

I had a shadow ban once, and didn't even know it.
For two years, I couldn't see any of avatars or sigs. After chatting with one of the Gods, it was all taken care of.
