London is such a beautiful city. I was there about 11 months ago. Absolutely loved it there and I'd love to go back, but not before going back to Dublin. Being in Dublin for two days was definitely among the best times of my short life so far. I seriously felt like I was home there (I'm half-Irish) and the native Irish are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. One day, I'll go back.

I do actually watch The Simpsons quite often. The older episodes pass the new ones in quality by far. I think it may be because they've simply run out of ideas. But I digress. I wasn't aware that was a Simpsons reference. It's hard to translate a quote from a statement when no credit was given. The only time said task would be easy to accomplish would be if The Simpsons was brought up earlier in a recent conversation, or anywhere within context. But it was not, and I was confused.

I have a new appreciation for life. I was riding with my roommate last night and she made a turn a little too sharp and plowed into a police car. I don't even remember leaving our friends' house. I just remember vaguely getting loaded into the ambulance and ending up with all kinds of shit stuck in me in the hospital. I'm at home but I'm in bed and I can barely move. I'm so glad I'm alive. I could have easily died. Easily. But for some reason I didn't. Thank God for that.
