Been there, done that. It doesn't work. People don't pay close attention to the sticky threads anyway. We've had threads like that before and they've never ever worked. It's a great idea in theory, but it always fails in execution.

I pretty much did the first introduction thread which was pretty big, but it didn't last. Others have since done it also and they don't work. Stickies in general are usually ignored so it's not worth the effort.

Celebrity Big Brother has caused a National uproar and after tonights show, it's only going to get bigger!

It's been talked about all over the radio, daytime tv shows, the news and even on the front pages of newspapers. It's also been discussed in Parliament and Tony Blair has even been informed today. TV Stars have complained as have over 10,000 viewers and that's a ecord for Big Brother complaints.

And it's all because of how Shilpa is being treated by Jade, Jo and Danielle. Those 3 girls and the bullying they're doing (which looks like racial bullying to many, even to others inside the house) are just plain awful. I can't wait to see them get their comeuppance. All 3 await a rude awakening when they leave the house. Especially Jade as she's been dropped by anti-bullying campaigns and for a part in a play she got before entering the house!

I wish people wouldnt make a big deal about anything to come out of BB, its so over rated and pathetic its unbelievable.

Good idea and it does seem to work on other sites. The things to remember though are:
1) Just because it works elsewhere, it doesn't mean it'll work here.
2) Will people really go into it when they arrive?
3) Will people already here go into each day just to see if some new person has arrived and how the hell would we know due to bumps etc? From experience it gets tedious doing so and trying to keep track.
4) Said forum doens't really fit in with the rest that we have already as they're all MK based save this one, the General forum.
5) And CCS hasn't been around as far as I know. And he's always busy as far as I know. I've messaged him enough times to have a dodgy PM in my inbox removed and have been waiting a good 6+ months. Who knows how long it'd take to add a new forum.
Skinsley, I guess I can agree in some respect. However they have made comments based directly at Shilpa's culture or the people and stuff like that can't be ignored. Plus, Jade's bizarre dream about her, Jo and Danielle fighting Shilpa and her family should sound warning bells.

With regards to the Big Brother-related threads.

Big Brother is a reality show, showing us people acting naturally for the sole purpose of our viewing pleasure.

Racism exists, as do alot of many other traits frowned upon within society.
Fact is, we all want reality TV, but complain when we dont like it.

Simple words yet pretty deep, think about it.
