If i recall they have to be approved by mods before they can be accepted. sometimes, (well back in the day idk about now) they would not get accepted. but just give it a little while longer it should probably be up (;

It's not an automatic process, GhostDragon checks out and approves all fanfictions and fan art by himself. I don't know what kind of backlog there may be, but it's not a fast process, so expect to wait a day or two.
