You should get it. And poo, that sucks. Raiden's gonna be overused in MK1 that's for sure


I've never played MK1, Raiden and Kano are the ones I'm going to be laughing about, dat up ball and thunder dive, but I don't remember Raiden's thunder dive being that bad and since it cannot be performed as a wake up attack in the old games, that takes away part of what makes it so deadly. Kano's cannonball is still probably a pain though.

I really want to try MK1 so that immediately had me intrigued..I'm fairly excited about UMK3, but I wish it was Trilogy, which included people absent from the UMK3 such as Johnny Cage, Baraka, Noob Saibot, Rain etc.

I have Midway Treasures collection right now, which includes MK2 and MK3, but no MK1, so that alone makes me want to get it, so I'll have almost all of the main MK games sans MK4.

That's what they need to release next MKTrilogy and MKGold in one complete package, the enhanced edition collection, yeah I'd pick it up.

MK1 is a blast. I have the Extended edition of MWAT on psp and it's fun as fuck.

I also have it on that extra for deception, I play it from time to time. You'll love MK1. Johnny Cage's nut punch is sooo badass.
