I've never played MKA, only because I've never owned a system that it is available on.
With that being said, it was brought to my attention recently by Razor that Taven was put to sleep near the end of the war between Edenia and Outworld, and that during his time in hibernation, Shinnok fought Raiden for control of Earthrealm, which resulted in the Raptors moving to their new realm Zaterra. This would mean that Raptors, a species that evolved from dinosaurs, existed at the same time as modern humans. It also means that Shinnok's original sentence of being in the Netherrealm for millions of years is actually only a couple of thousand.
Fuck you Armageddon for wrecking the one story that I thought was the most awesome aspect of the entire MK mythology. Fuck MK Armageddon, fuck Taven, fuck Daegon, fuck Shujinko, fuck Argus, fuck Delia, and fuck Midway for turning the MK series into a goddamn shit-fest with the story.
I get why XD84 stopped giving a fuck about the series now; the writers gave up on it long before anyway, and the most recent game's story mode is proof of that.
I think I'll write my own reboot at some point, just to wash away this last degrading bit of information out of my brain. Ugh, it boggles my mind that they'd make this freaking change to such a cool story... Whatever.

Eh, I still love MKA's story. The bios mixed with Konquest make it hella exciting.

May be true, but playing the 3D MKs has been impossible since MK9. it's so weird how uncool they feel to me now.

Deactivated my Facebook last night after my boss said she was able to see my wall. I had a very strict privacy setting in place for my page and it's annoyed me to no end that the wall is now permanently visable to people who aren't friends of yours, unless you individually block and hide every tagged photo, status update or comment.

Fuck that. Website causes nothing but trouble anyway.

You obviously didn't have the settings that private, then.

My daily school life in a nutshell.

1) You probably didn't change the Privacy settings
2) You can delete your posts too you know

It's my gf's 22nd birthday today, so I'm gonna make her some buttered salmon, mac & cheese, and whatever vegetables I can get my hands on. Since I generally don't like to cook, this should be interesting (^_^)! lol

I had them set perfectly actually. I had 4 friends list with different moderation settings on each group. You couldn't even read anything else than my basic info (which was my name, and the country I'm from) and that was about it. Reading through Facebook's forums it seems to be a common problem now with a lot of members.

The Wall tab and your photo's are displayed to everyone, friend or not, and if you want the content on it to NOT be public (and by Public I mean having anybody on Facebook look at them, not the friends you add), you need to manually block and restrict every status, tagged photo, and album to do so. Just kinda pissed me off, plus I waste too much time on it anyway. Maybe if the settings change a bit and it's more managable I'll rejoin, but for now I'm not impressed with the idea of my boss or family members being able to get on to my page and being able to see things that's really not their business.

My privacy settings have been strictly "friends only" but recently other people have been going through my photo albums and tagging themselves and friends and I'm like who the fuck are you why are you able to look at my page what is this bullshit and there's nothing to change about the privacy settings something about the website is fucked up. Angry email time.
