I got an awesome weekend coming up. I get to go to Fright Fest this Friday in the evening with Olive Garden for dinner. Then on Saturday I get to watch the Notre Dame football team cream Army since they lost to NIU, I hate that school with a passion... I get to cuddle with my boyfriend during it and afterwards we get to watch the Blue Man Group perform!
I'm so excited as well for the weekend before Halloween because I get to go to my boyfriend's best friend's girlfriend's college for an awesome two day party.
Woo-hoo what a make-up for last year's disastrous Halloween.

I've been trying to remember the name to a certain movie I once saw about 10 years ago but I can't remember the name of it for the life of me. I can't remember the actors either but I can describe it:
It's about a group of soldiers fighting an enemy squadron inside the jungle. While fighting the opposing side, they discover some kind of crypt/cave and inside it is this big muscular black man who turns out to be a cyborg. He helps them fight off the enemy squadron, until another cyborg shows up and the two of them start killing each other. The second cyborg was some white blonde guy. I remember their was a scene where the soldiers were just goofing off in the jungle playing poker while the two cyborgs are killing each other.
I've been wanting to re-watch this film but can't remember what the hell it was. Can anyone help me remember what movie this was?

I strangely get that same feeling too after seeing the video.

Rage is pretty fun thus far. Beautiful scenery, the driving is fun, and the combat is pretty good.
Getting pretty annoyed at the one voice actor for all those piss-ant bandits, though. Rather odd lines he says...
"I have flesh in my teeth." "We'll feast on your entrails!" "I'm going to carve you a new one." "He's a shifty one."
He's got that generic bad guy voice.
It's amusing, nonetheless.

Kind of bitter don't you think? The man did help make stuff that you probably own right now.
Granted that ordinary people pass away every single day, unless you did something that changed the world in a way, your death isn't really going to recognize by a lot of people all over the world.
It's kind of sad to think like this, but unfortunately this is how society works. If that retard of a woman Kim K. were to die right now, the media would be all over her death and the same thing will happen. It sucks, but that's how things go.

Hello friend. While your post merits extreme meaning and value about the irony of a loss versus a statistic,it seems you were directing a snide comment towards me. That doesn't bother me. You're right, those people should be acknowledged just as equally.
Just don't bullshit me. If you try to pretend for a second that you go day by day grieving over the 150,000 losses of people you likely don't know, then you aren't a visionary or a sympathizer. You're a pretender. A hypocrite. We should definitely note our losses, just don't let the death of one man remind you that other people exist, and try to force that guilt on others.
Sure, the loss of one man shouldn't be so important compared the loss to 100,000 others. However, that one man that died today is partially responsible for the fonts you are typing with, the 3D graphics in the games you are playing, and the technological basis of the shit you use every day. Even in your windows-based PC. A man who started out a college drop out, and became one of the most generous men to date.
Don't get me wrong friend. Tragedy befalls us each and every day. However, when one takes the effort to rise above and better life for others, it should be acknowledged. So RIP Steve Jobs, Uncle Bert, Miss Daisy, and the other 149,997 people that died today. You will be missed.
And as a side note, if by chance I jumped the gun and you weren't directing anything towards me, then excuse my impoliteness. It just pisses me the fuck off when people question good intentions.

Dear MKO. For Christmas, please bring me a like button. That is the best way to get things back on track.

Not at all.
I guess my thoughts usually come off as snappy.
It just bothers me how most people simply honor this guy's death knowing only that his pockets were spewing out money. They've never met the guy, never seen him publicly, never talked to him, know nothing about his personal life, and still send condolences.
It's a load of bullshit.
That's wahy I don't grieve over anone's death.
Who cares what other people have done in thier lives: raised a family, survived an illness, helped their community, create medical advancements, save hundreds of patients in the E.R. every year; if you never got a 6-digit salary, you're forever forgotten and all your accomplishments will get lost in the sands of time.
My comment is simply rage at the ignorants. Not you.
EDIT: Just to be clear, I don't think about those huge number of deaths everyday. Nor the one's that get media attention. I believe death is nothing to think or grieve about.

Crapcom charging 320msp to download something that allows you to watch tournament matches that will one person will download and upload online for everyone to see? Now I don't play Street Fighter because in my opinion it sucks but that doesn't surprise me at all.
I remember a year ago, this one girl, who I'm still friends with on Facebook, asked me "How are you in a relationship and I'm still single?" And no, she did not say that jokingly.
This girl, I swear, needs to live her life by dating someone. She's a loose cannon who wants to hear the "L" word and has to be in some guy's hands. If she's single, it's nothing but how depressed she is, which she clearly isn't. Her life is going good, I have no idea what she's so miserable about.
Now that she has a guy, she couldn't be any happier, uploading every five minutes something new about her "baby" proves that she's finally not depressed anymore.
Though I don't ever think I'll understand her whatsoever. It's just mind-boggling to understand her. She made me and my first boyfriend break up by cheating on me with her and when she found out who I was crushing on my senior year of high school, she sure as hell stopped that by making the guy like her.
When I first began dating my boyfriend I have now, she demanded so many times that she wanted to meet him. I told her, "why so you can play your whorish games like you normally do and try to get in his pants? Well you can back off because I'm in his pants." First time I ever stood up against this girl...
The guy she is with is in the army and he's out in Afgan right now. Her Facebook is uploading every five minutes about him, and she's now happy. Hasn't bothered me, but I question exactly how far will this relationship goes before she becomes depressed again and starts bothering me again about my relationship.
To make a long story short... too late... Mind your own business when it comes to relationships since I've never bothered with yours.
FUCK

I could say something, but I'm not getting skulled.
So my monitor just wouldn't recieve a signal for some reason and I figured the video inputs were fried seeing as I changed the output from HDMI to DVI.
I told my Dad about this and he walks into my room with a screwdriver, taps the two prongs on the power plug, and it worked.
I try to understand most things in life, but that, I will not.
