Truth!
Btw, I think this girl wants me, but she's rejected me in the past and I'm not too keen on going for it knowing what's happened before.
I could potentially ruin our friendship once again.
YES!!!
My one roommate that I absolutely disliked finally moved out! Reasons are unknown and could be cared less about! She's finally gone, I have room in the kitchen for my stuff, no more hair in the bathroom and electronics falling into the sink.
I am... very happy that it almost brings a tear to my eye.

Well I have a tactic that usually works. I simply ask them why they wont go out with me. If they give me a good reason it's all good. If they give me a bogus reason in order to save face I know they are shallow and I no longer speak to them.
It tends not to get that far, once I tell them how shallow they seem after giving me a retarded reason, next thing I know I'm on a date! People might call this a guilt trip but its realy just the hard truth.
Note:
If you are given a guilt trip one of two things happens:
1. You find it annoying and perhaps funny, this means you are innocent.
2. you feel guilty because you ARE IN FACT GUILTY!

The Zimmerman case in Florida is ridiculous. If you don't know what it's about, it's a man who apparently was the neighborhood watchman for the block murdering a 17 year old African-American kid who Zimmerman claimed that he did it in self defense.
Here's something I don't get:
The fact that he's been in trouble with the law in the past by punching a cop in the face.
The fact that he called police fifty times in one year with false claims.
The fact that he told the cops he's following the kid and refusing to take their order when authorities told him to stop.
All this and he's not charged with anything.
He claimed that he killed the kid in self defense. What was on the kid? A bag of skittles and coffee. No weapons, the kid had no drugs in his system, nothing dangerous on him. He looked suspicious because he was wearing a hoodie... in the rain. Seems like a perfect suitable attire for such weather right?
Zimmerman is also talking to authorities about how he's black and they always get away. He sounded drunk on the tapes that were just released.
So basically, according to the way this case is going, people who are neighborhood watchers are allowed to just bring justice for all in their perspective and kill anything as harmless because it looked suspicious in their eyes. Last time I checked, those kinds of people aren't really supposed to take the law into their hands, they're supposed to report it to authorities and they're supposed to handle the situation, not the watchers themselves.

Ok well here is what I find hard to believe.
I am a gun owner, and as a gun owner I can tell you that if you have punched a cop in the face....you no get to own gun no more.
The fact that he was armed would be illegal in the first place let alone the shooting. Something fishy is going on and I'm not sure all the facts are known here. Though at this point I think he is guilty.

Instead of being with the guy who genuienly cares about them and deeply respects them, They go with the dumb asshole who treats her like shit and gives less than a shit about her. I don't think I will ever be able to fully understand women. "Love Kills."

I did not know that about guns. Well, I just knew if you had a criminal record you're not really able to get a gun.
But yes, I do believe that something is fishy with this case, and that he is guilty too.
I'm just getting tired of hearing kids getting shot these days. Just heard a six-year old die by a drive-by shooting this weekend due to gang-related shit, I'm just tired of all this reckless shooting.
If you're gonna own a gun, don't use it against people who hasn't done anything. It should be meant for either protection or for hunting. That's it.

Oh yeah, You are not allowed to own firearms in America if you are convicted of any felony I'm pretty sure, and many of the violent misdemeanors as well. Also you are not allowed to own a gun if you live in the same house as a person who cant own guns. Unregistered guns are easy to get in America. (This is both a wonderful and terrible thing.)
After listening to the tape, all I can say here is if you are running towards a person you are suspicious of, you can no longer claim self defense easily in court.
here is the legal issue here: If you say you killed someone in fear for your life, the police have to prove otherwise or they have to let you go. In this case exactly what happened after Zimmerman caught up with the boy is unclear. Any variety of things could have happened and without some sort of video recording there isn't enough proof to bring him in.
In short, Zimmerman is abusing the system that protects law abiding gun owners and until all the facts are gathered together in a court of law we wont know. Now I am pretty sure if you shoot someone in self defense, if you are not charged, you still have to attend a pretrial hearing and defend your actions before a judge or committee.
I can tell you that most gun owner websites have deemed this a great tragedy but warn that people should wait until all facts are presented in court. If this happened in broad daylight, perhaps the man would be in cuffs as we speak. Sadly, we cant say for sure.
I believe the man is guilty, if you are in a self defense situation your priorities are as follows:
-Survive and get to safety.
-If you are armed and being shot at run away but fire at the shooter if you can to buy time to get away.
-If you are trapped. Cover, get down, and kill that mother fucker before you get killed.
Zimmerman ran towards his potential "aggressor" like a moron (or a racist asshole). He confronted and argued with the boy, Something unknown occurs, a shot is fired.
In the dark Zimmerman could say he thought he saw a gun or a knife or anything and since it was dark he could get away with it.
It is my opinion that perhaps the boy got cocky and a fight occurred, leading to the shooting. Or, pure murder.
Either way Zimmerman is still breaking some laws here. At the very least
-Aggravated manslaughter (in other words. you are pissed off and fighting and in the ensuing panic you shoot someone without reasonable cause.)
-Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Even if he is telling the truth in every way. He's still carrying a gun when he is not supposed to. Using it in a manner which implies aggression.

The thing too with the boy, he wasn't a bad kid. His teacher claims that he was an "A and B" student, and never was a trouble maker." The boy had no gun on him, only a bag of skittles and a can of iced tea. There were people saying that they heard the boy screaming then the gun shot fire.
Zimmerman has at least 110 more pounds on the kid... I mean there's so much to look into with this case after I read a few more things. Yeeash.

But then again, if you're a "nice guy" you don't think that women owe you dates and things for being a "nice guy" because then you're really like a Chauvinistic passive-aggressive douche-bag.

I think you don't get how racism runs rampant in our culture, and the boy wasn't killed because he was "suspiciously wearing a sweater." He was murdered because he was black. And if it had been a black man who shot a 17 year old white boy, you know that black man would be behind bars. But because the murderer in this case was white, he's free. That's what you don't get.
