It's tied one-one for a superstar title in Mario Party 2... But this time, I must say, it was an adventure.

So Luigi and Peach (My boyfriend and I, go figure) are on one of the more difficult boards with Mario and DK as normal opponents.

Within at least the first 10 turns, Mario manages to get 3 stars. Luigi manages to get 2 stars while also screwing over Peach by stealing all of her coins with the help of Boo. Apparently, he had this strange plan that he could steal one of Mario's star. But unfortunately for him, Boo doesn't show up when the board is in the day time instead of night.

Throughout the rest of the game, Luigi somehow gets a hidden star, DK screws a heck of a lot of characters by nabbing 56 coins from the bank, landing on Bowser's square and landing on "Bowser's Revolution" or this other event that steals character's coins and really hurting Peach's chance to successfully use her Boo Bell and steal a star from Mario. In the end, she successfully does after winning one of these mini-games that happens when someone lands on a lightning spot, winning the last two mini-games, and earning 25 coins by landing on the bank circle.

The results were:
Luigi is the superstar by winning first.
Peach was in second after earning the mini-game star and bumping her star count to 4.
Mario in third by just having 3 stars.
DK in fourth by having three stars... despite that he had the most coins throughout the entire game.

I have forgotten how stupid the computers can be in this game at times. They really made some pretty laughable moves that cost them either a lot of coins or a star. And when they had the star opportunity taken, they did have more than 20 coins at the time as well.

Most movies don't cover that stuff because people only focus on escaping the zombies, not actually surviving after apocalypse. Let's face it, it'd be easy to survive a slow-zombie invasion depending on where you live, but dealing with the fallout after the zombies are gone would be tougher than people realize...
But then again, it all depends on how long it takes before everything goes to Hell, if it ever really does when it starts. If people maintain electricity throughout the epidemic, then we'll last a whole lot longer.
Also, if these zombies can only spread the virus via bites/blood contamination, there won't even be an epidemic to write about, it'll just be sporadic cases like a certain bath salt incident followed by other, similar stupidities, in the world.

Just saw Snow White and the Huntsman. I must say, besides Kristen Stewart's underacting and Charlize Theron overacting at times, it was a pretty decent movie. i'm such a sucker for artistically beautiful movies.
